Excellent and Fast Experience

I called Jim Delia to inquire about a few specific vehicles I saw listed on their website. I assumed I could not find the fine print because the prices were lower than anywhere else I had looked in New England. He took the information I provided and called me back within minutes to let me know what he had available, he also followed up with a similar vehicle that I may be interested in. He was the easiest gentlmen I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. He was honest, up front and realistic about what he could do for me. He never wasted one minute of my time and did not attempt to lure me to the dealership just to get in in the door. I drove 2 hours visit this dealership and i'm glad I did. The whole process was very quick, transparent and was all explained in great detail. The prices really are the lowest I have encountered and not by a slim margin. I had purchased three other vehicles from another dealer prior, after dealing with Jim at Portsmouth I'd recommend anyone in the market for a Chevy really needs to check out this dealership and speak with Jim directly.

My father has been a customer here for a long time. He has always spoke highly of the service and integrity of my Salesmen Jim Delia, and the Management Team. I came in with no expectations as my purchase may have been tricky. I can honestly say, it was the smoothest transation I have ever had buying a car! I was an avid Honda/Toyota customer. But I am converted to a loyal customer of Jim and John. They could sell spaceships and I would gladly stand in line! I am very happy with my new Silverado, and the convidence I have not only in the Brand, but of the people standing behind it, is unsurpassed. Disappointed

Talked to a salesman who said they will price match any other dealer. I sent them a legitimate quote from another dealer. Said they would call back in ten minutes. Never heard from them until two days later! It was too late! I had already purchased a car from another dealer who clearly appreciated my business and was willing to call me back with a price. I would not recommend Portsmouth Chevrolet.

Great experience!

We were looking for a specific make/model (used) and found that Portsmouth Chevrolet had one on the lot, so we thought we'd take a drive to go look. Jim Delia came out as soon as we pulled up and I thought " oh, here they come". Not the case. Jim cam out and asked if he could help direct us. He was very easy-going and helpful. He got us in the car we wanted to see and let us take it from there- no "sales" pressure! Needless to say, we ended up buying the car.
