I PURCHASED A NEW GMC ACADIA FROM MIKE YOUNG BUICK GMC AND HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE SERVICED THERE OCCASIONALLY. THE BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASANT, LOW KEY, AND PROFESSIONAL.BILL ALTHAUS WAS THE SALESMAN AND PROVED TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, A REAL PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THIS TRANSACTION TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS TO COMPLETE BECAUSE THE ACADIA WAS SO DIFFERENT FROM OTHER GM PRODUCTS THAT I HAD OWNED. CONSEQUENTLY BILL PROVIDED MORE INFORMATION, ANSWERED MORE QUESTIONS, ETC THAN NECESSARY WITH MANY CLIENTS. EACH REQUEST WAS HANDLED PROMPTLY AND COURTEOUSLY. HE KEPT ME INFORMED DURING THE BUILD AND DELIVERY PROCESS. WHEN I TOOK DELIVERY, HE "WALKED ME THROUGH EACH STEP" OF THE PAPERWORK AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. EVERYONE AT THE DEALERSHIP WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. SERVICE HAS BEEN HANDLED THE SAME WAY; ON TIME WITH NO SURPRISES. BILL HAS MADE SEVERAL FOLLOW-UP CALLS TO ASSURE MY SATISFACTION WITH PURCHASE AND/OR SERVICE. I WILL DEFINITELY PURCHASE MY NEXTVEHICLE FROM MIKE YOUNG BUICK GMC AND ASK FOR BILL ALTHAUS.

I have bought 5 new vehicles from mike youngs. I have had nothing but a good experience in every purchase with youngs and the salesman Bill Althaus. Service has been pretty good and it even got better when I had Bill Althaus watch over my vehicles while in service. They will continue to be my dealer unless they really mess up.

We have just bought/leased our 5th vehicle from Mike Young since 1997. Bill Althaus has always treated us with the utmost professionalism as do all the staff at MY.
