Friendly and Respectful

Other service departments or dealerships would treat me differently because I am female, thinking I wouldn't know anything mechanical about my car. From my first car (38 years ago) to my current 18 year old car, I love my Camaro(s). I am always treated with respect from everyone at Cooks; from service to sales. I won't go anywhere else!

Great service and clean faclities

I am vary satisfied with Cook's and ALL of his employees. I am vary unhappy with GM for the following reasons : 1) Another dealer would not dealer trade a Red Silverado to Cooks. 2) I tried to order one and GM would only let me order one with leather seats. 3) Now that I have a Silverado that is not RED, I can not order truck mirrors to replace the standard one that are this truck. Thank You, Ted Gamet
