Ford Focus Hatchback 2014 purchase in early 2015.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback and can't be more pleased with the car and the overall experience. I bought the car with Jim's expert help...he was knowledgeable, listened carefully to what I wanted to purchase and the entire transaction was painlessly completed in less than a week! Also, thanks to Ray for clearly explaining the financing end of the transaction. All in all, a no pressure purchase. I can only guess the service dept. is equally thorough and competent.

Wonderful CarBuying Experience

I worked with JimFlannigan who listened to what I wanted and was responsive to our needs. He was never pushy and was very patient oath me as I changed my mind a couple of times about what I wanted. When I picked up the car, he made sure it had a full tank of gas- classy touch that many other dealers don't bother with. I also appreciated him ordering mats for my new vehicle. I can understand why my parents only do business with Gateway! We will try Gateway before other dealerships in the future.

the work was done in a very timely manner, was told, when i confirmed the work to be done that vehicle would be ready on Tuesday. vehicle was actually ready Monday afternoon

Recent oil change
