Nereson's is the place to buy!!!!!!!

I cruised over to DL after seeing they had the truck i have always wanted. They still had it when I arrived so I took the test drive with Julie, who was more than helpful and NOT PUSHING me to buy something i didn't want. I traded in my car for the truck and was extremely happy with the deal. I financed through them after getting a great rate. Both Julie and Craig were great to work with and very professional. This is an excellant place to by a vehicle and i will not hesitate to come back when I am in the market for another vehicle. P.S I got to meet Bob the boxing coach and his wonderful wife. They were extremely nice and we had some good conversation while waiting for my truck. They hung around for an hour or so just to see the truck. Bob even helped me transfer my belongings from my car to the new truck!! Good people all around from the staff to the other customers! Thanks everybody at Nereson's, I will be back!!!

Over priced service and still not fixed....

I took my 1996 gmc Savannah full size van in for a radiator and injector problem close to 1400.00 dollars and still having the same issues ... i asked them several times to come down on the parts prices wich mind you were not even certified gm parta and baught locally.... i do not get the point where it cost 1400.00 dollars to replace fuel in jectors wich cost no more than 350.00 and mind you was not the but problem and charged me 525.00 for the part alone as well as 225i for an after market radiator mind you these are not certified gm parts... i will hope to make this 1100i mile trip back home with this van now wich yes i think will make it but only to see what the REAL PROBLEM is when i get home

Professionals with Compassion..

Wife and I went to look at a Cruz for our daughter. We left Neresons that day with two new cars. We decided to lease, we would have been silly not to with the prices, incentives & terms. Unreal. But what sold us on Neresons, was the professionalism exhibited by the staff, the friendliness, the down to earth treatment and no BS attitude.. Dishonest Salesman--Shocking right?

Chris may be knowledgeable, however he is dishonest!! Firstly, he talked to us as if he just stepped out of Dale Carnegie sales training. He must have slept through the INTEGRITY IN SALES chapter. He mislead us on prior ownership of a vehicle (suggesting it was an executive vehicle rather than be honest and tell us it was a rental vehicle). He also would not honor an advertised price on a different vehicle. Despite my better judgment, I told him we were 80% sure we were going to purchase a preowned 2011 Yukon. He said he would "put a hold" on the vehicle while we contacted our bank and accountant. The next day I called him to tell him it was a done deal and he said he would call me back. He called back a half hour later saying that someone else was test driving the Yukon and they had 1st dibs because we didn't have a deposit down (which he never even requested from us). This is not how business is done!!! We took our business elsewhere and got a better deal and we were completely satisfied with their service!!!

Great Help

I went in to Nereson's and I needed to buy a new car but I only have 500 dollars to put towards a car and I also had a small limit I could pay a month and they got me the perfect car. It was in my price range and they also helped me make the best long term choice for me. I really liked a impala that was there but it had 70,000 miles and then there was an aveo that I wasn't crazy about but it had only 20,000. I wanted the impala more; I liked it better but the salesman helped me out and gave me great advice on what choice to make. I ended up getting the aveo because it had full warranty and lower miles and it was all around the better choice for many reasons. Now three weeks later I love this car and it was the choice and I just want to thank the salesman that helped me make this great investment.

great place

Was in the Market for a truck, had a terrible experience with Walzer GMC in Roseville. Drove upto DL that same day, the truck I was interested in was sitting there waiting freshly washed and shampoo interior. Not only did they offer me a good price, they gave me what I asked for my trade in without looking at it. They also stayed almost two hours after close to make sure I was satified and was familar with my vehicle. Nereson will be my first stop when I'm in the market again hands down.

Neresons is the only place to buy cars!!!

I was shopping for a new CTS4, and i was new to the vehicle, so i had a bunch of questions, anyways, i had stopped at Neresons and was greated by a gentleman by the name of Chris, he was very knowledgable and new all the answers to my many questions. Chris was low pressure and professional, Needless to say i bought my CTS4 and love the vehicle! If your like me, and don't like dealing with pushy , un-knowledgable salesman go and ask for Chris Tyge, he will definatly take the pain out of normally a bad experiance, 5 stars....
