Everyone from the top down at Puyallup Subaru are top notch. I have bought my second brand new outback and other dealerships need to learn from these folks. After many many new car purchases we hit a home run here. NO DRAMA! looking for a car call Jerry and get one. Fantastic used car sale experiance

I can truly say that this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. As a woman I have come across some horrible salesmen experiences with nbelievably inappropriate,chauvinistic, and demeaning comments and treatment. I experienced the opposite at Subaru of Puyallup working with Jerry Harris. He was warm, kind, and accommodating to my children, my husband and myself when we came to test drive. Next day I came alone to purchase the car. I had a strict budget for the car and a trade in that was 14 years old and high mileage. But sales manager Brian Walker worked out a completely fair trade in value and worked to get me into the car I really wanted to purchase. He was timely in figuring out the financial situation and completely fair in the price of the car. No over the top haggling, straight up answers. We then moved on to the fun event of paper work! Rachel Kemak was so kind, laid back and helpful. No guilt of warranty and add on items of car that we said we did not care to purchase. I would not hesitate to return, and refer anyone, family, friend, or stranger to Subaru Puyallup. They did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for an enjoyable car buying experience Jerry, Brian, and Rachel. It is truly appreciated.

Thoroughly impressed with Subaru of Puyallup

I recently bought a 2009 Outback at Subaru of Puyallup on River Road. I was frustrated when I showed up at the dealership because the oil line on my VW Jetta had busted that morning. I just wanted to wash my hands of the car and find something newer and reliable for my daughter and I. I had called the dealership that morning and was greeted by Kevin Fordham. Upon my arrival, I met with Kevin and explained my circumstances. Throughout the entire process, Kevin was calm and very attentive. I never felt the "pressure to buy" when working with him. He understood what I was looking for, and picked out a car that he knew would fit my needs and also the budget I was working with. The staff and facility was welcoming and comfortable. When it came time to drive away in my outback, Kevin even took the time to help me install my daughter's car seat. Normally, I feel vulnerable when dealing with sales people or when getting maintenance done on my vehicles because I'm not knowledgeable in that area. Throughout my entire experience with Kevin and the staff at Subaru of Puyallup, I felt confident that I was making a solid choice in buying my car. I absolutely love my new (to me) outback! They have definitely earned my business for a lifetime.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

I have been buying cars since I bought my first one at 15 years old. I am now 60 so I have purchased several cars in my life. This was categorically the best car buying experience of my life. The salesman Rick was friendly and informative. The process really was "Stress Free" just as they advertise.

Almost like dealing with family - almost !

Bob Sholl was selected by Jim Tripp (salesman) from the Chevy dealership next door, by way of referral. Jim told me he thought an experienced salesman might be able to assist me better. He was right, as Bob sholl used his 31 years of experience in dealing with me. My two worst fears; car salesman and the dentist. Bob was very patient, thought provoking, really knowledgeable about the Subaru line and sold me on the 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon, although the buying process is always too long, for me. Thank you Jim and Bob - oh by the way, Brian, the sales manager was easy to deal with, not the "normal pit boss" as in many of the dealerships. Rachel, the paper queen wasn't bad either. Max

Dan was very professional and very helpful. He was very personable, the buying process was very stress-free and short. I came expected to spent at least until they closed at 8:30 pm but we arrived at 4:30 pm and finished the buying process at 8 pm and got the car at a great price. My nephew (who really bought the car) could not be happier

George Mayfield, My Car Guy!!!

I live in Michigan and was trying to help my daughter find a car in Washington state. On my visit to Washington we met George and took a test drive in a vehicle we were interested. I told George exactly what we were looking for and told him that I was returning to Michigan and was counting on him to help my daughter but not to pester her. Long story short, George kept his word and my daughter purchased the vehicle that we had test driven. George handled the entire transaction with my daughter "stress free" and even showed her things under the hood and programed the radio. The day of the sale, I received a photo from George via email of my daughter sitting behind the wheel of her new car, SMILING, which was very thoughtful. Needless to say, George Mayfield is our Car Guy.
