Alignment gone wrong

Very pleased with the honesty shown by service staff regarding an error performed during an alignment conducted last July to my 06 Murano. Apparantly the vehicle was sent to an offsite service for the alignment and several key bolts were not tightened securely causing a slight change to the steering of the vehicle, which slowly progressed into a knocking sound from the front end. The service department informed me the Tie Rods and Front Struts needed replacing along with an alignment having a bill to me for nearly $1,300. They explained the loose bolts had been causing the knocking noise and after tightening them up there was no need for the replacement parts or charge to me. I am glad this issue for the loose bolts did not result in an accident for my family. I also hope the loose bolts did not compromise any mechanical workings of the front end of my vehicle or expedite wearing and the earlier than needed replacement for parts to it's front end.

Excellent Service from Body shop.

I brought my car in for body work after an accident. They repaired it perfectly. When I got it back it was clean inside and out. Anne Ostlund called me 2 times to let me know how the service was going and when it would be done. I would highly recommend Rydell's for body work.

Loose Battery cable

I purchased a new Nissan Altima last summer and the service person ask me if I had purchased the car used because it had a sears battery in it. I think it is strange that I purchased a Nissan product with a Sears battery installed in it. I also was charged labor for just connecting a battery cable on a new car with only 10,000 miles.

I had an engine block heater installed and I had the techs look at my battery because I wasn't able to start the car. Turns out nothing was wrong, engine block heater was installed quicker than the quoted time and the price was reasonable.
