The old bait and switch

we drove all the way up there to buy a caddillac that we had called about. when we got there we were told it sold an hour before we got there. then came the old why dont you check this more expensive one out.

This customer called on a Thursday and made an appointment for the following Saturday. The salesman called to confirm the appointment and they never called back and never showed for the appointment. They showed up late Monday afternoon (Washington's Birthday)and the car had been sold and delivered earlier in the day. We didn't try to "bait and switch" we only tried to accommodate them after they showed up.
