I found the best price on Chevrolet Trucks!

My buying experience with Bentley Chevrolet was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and treated me like they wanted my business. Walking into Bentley Chevrolet was a different feeling than the other dealerships that I had visited. This was a friendly, comfortable, non-judgemental atmosphere the entire time. I had been pricing new crew cab four wheel drive trucks at serveral other dealerships for months trying to make a deal arguing over price. When I called Bentley Chevrolet in Florence Alabama I told the salesman what I wanted and what I expected to pay before visiting the dealership. The salesman proved that he wanted to sell me a vehicle and met my price request quickly! A special thank you to my salesman Vik Osborn who made this experience great and has followed up with me making sure that I was satisfied. Great experience. Greg Got my car done when he said he would. He waited for me to get off work to get my car, even though it was after 5. I really appreciate it when people are willing to go a little extra for some one else.

Great customer service and family enviornment

My family has had a positive relationship with Ray Moore in the past few years. He came through BIG time for me. He helped me find the car I wanted at the best price around. The staff at Bentley treated me as if they were helping a friend. I work for Publix and our culture truly puts customer service above all else. I believe the guys at Bentley come as close as any other business in the area at representing the same values.
