Absolutely Amazing!

I bought a used 2011 Fusion from Hiller and the only word that accurately describes the process is AMAZING! I told them my budget, and they were willing to work with me to make sure I found a car that fit. This is one of the few places where I honestly felt that the customer comes first. Friendly, experienced staff & well maintained facilities makes this ideal place to purchase a new or used vehicle. I drove 80+ miles from my house to make the purchase because I truly felt Hiller Ford was the only right place for me. I got a call a few days after my purchase "just to make sure everything is okay" with the car and to follow up with any questions I may have. Now THAT is service! A++ from me.

We bought a used 2014 Ford Flex which we found on an internet search at 8:4 pm in the evening and called that night and Ben Junger answered the sales and was very helpful with our questions. We met with Ben the following night and took it for a test drive with Ben and he answered all of our questions and was very passionate about his job and the vehicle because he had sold several others before. We then waited for a price in our trade-in and that was to our surprise a very good price. So we put money down that night and picked the car up two weeks later and it has been a very good vehicle for us so far.

Best time ever spending that much money!

Loved working with Dean he worked with all that we brought to the table and that was a bunch! He said most people that walk in and say who wants to sell a car never do at that time but he was impressed that I did! In reality it was Dean who made it easy to buy or lease as I did a new edge other than the hail storm the day after I got it my vehicle is the bomb! I hope the body shop is as good as Dean!

Really enjoyed dealing with Dean and Travis. They took such great care during and after the sale. I love my zx5 sounds like a expensive sports car. Dean did a great job he even gave me a ride home to drop off a car we did not trade.

1st time female car buyer success.

As a first time female car buyer I was quite apprehensive of the car buying process. Hiller Ford in Hales Corners and Steve Misher made the process very understandable and quite easy. He was very prepared at our finance appointment with lots of information to share. He test drove the car with me to teach me extras about the car. He also set up my phone sync. He had my best interest in mind. He treated me as if I was a family member and would do the same for his family. The entire business was friendly and recently in the Service department I had my first oil change and even a nail in my tire that they repaired very quickly. We will use them as our #1 source for a new car when needed!

Fantastic experience! Very professional

Just bought a new escape yesterday. Can not say one bad thing about the whole process. They gave me a fair market price for my trade in, gave me a great price on the new car. My salesperson( Daniel Napierala) was courteous, kind, and really seemed concerned about any questions we had. This is my 2nd car I've bought from them, and no doubt about it, when the next time comes that we need a new car, we will go back to Hiller. Thank you Daniel and thank you Hiller ford!!!

Love my honda!!!!

Stopped in at hiller and was looking with my dad cfor my first car!!!! Dean Hoyt greeted us and asked me and my dad what was important to me! That was awesome because all the other places we went all they did was talk to my dad and I was treated as if I was not even there! Dean showed me all the right stuff I was looking for he really listened to me and showed me what the good better and best cars for me. He nailed it a great honda civic 2 door !!!! Dean relly does care about the people he sells too. My dad wants to get a used truck from Dean as soon as Dean gets one in.

Came in looking for a used car. Dean Hoyt was right there to help us he surprised me when he got me a new fusion for less than a used one! Great service and way to go that extra mile! Great purchasing experience.

Just purchased a Ford Fusion after trading in my 2003 car. Was extremely pleased with my salesman, Steve, who came recommended from a friend and neighbor. Did not feel pressured to make the purchase and did not have to go through hoops to get what I felt was a fair price (He did not do the usual groaning and act of going for a "possible" OK from his manager, which had been my previous car-buying experiences). Also, while he showed me various options, he did not push the more expensive models which can always be a temptation. The car was really clean when I picked it up and Steve took a lot of time explaining all the new electronic gadgets in the "cockpit." and indicated that he would be available any time in the future if I had questions about the operations and functions of my new car. In addition, I was not rushed and was told that the dealer would contact me in a few days if I wished to take Sync training to further train me on the use of all that is available.

Excellent Service!

I recently purchased a used Pontiac G5 from Hiller Ford. Every interaction with the dealership was excellent and customer focused. This is especially impressive, given that the car itself (not even a Ford product) had some issues to address that could not have been foreseen at the time of sale. Starting from the outstanding work of the sales professional, Dean Hoyt... and the equally professional work of the service staff, managers, finance department and office staff... what could have been a very unpleasant experience was actually very positive. -professionalism in all areas of the operation -customer focused- with pricing, financing, service, sales and flexibility (impressive that when repairs are done, a new loaner car is provided at no charge to help mitigate any inconvenience) -open and honest communication - stand by the product sold My car is now wonderful. All problems have been addressed (and some). I strongly feel that if I had made the same purchase from another dealer, the experience may not have the same ending. Thank you to Hiller for the care and honesty provided! I highly recommend this dealership!
