Terrible experience

I came to this place to install a remote control. What is agreed is a two way remote control with price $530. after I paid and get my car back, what I got is the most simple one way button. I lease my car here and I have not expected only 500 dollars business will come into a dirty game finally. I trust the guys, so I just asked the price on phone and paid. After money paid, no one take responsibility any more. my parking is underground, one way control button doesnot work for me. Jason who is titled manager in this dealer shop talk to me in this way, he doesnot want to waste his time to find out what is his fellow talked or I talked, they are not responsible for this case, the cost for the button I got should be 680?? actually they lost money. it is ridiculous who will sell sth at price lower than cost. and people knows what should be market price, I came back just because I leased my car here. and one day before, another manager told me cost for one way control is 585. Why this place donot provide service list / standard price list to customer, or this is the way how they do business by playing games? When I came back here want to have solutions for this case, I heard my dealer talk to this manager just one meter away from me, saying stupid XXX. SO no respect, no honest. Be careful to this place and remember to claim paper contract no matter how small business/service you are buying.

Fuzzy Math

With two Honda leases ending shortly, we went into the dealer looking to lease two new vehicles. Of course we were expecting that the salesperson would take this seriously since we were previous customers and we would looking at two vehicles. Instead of a serious proposal, they came back with a laughable one with very questionable math. Amazingly a 4 year lease had a higher payment than a 3 year lease, which is quite a mathematical mystery. If they do not want to offer a 4 year option or simply don't, I would have preferred honesty versus wasting my time.

Great Experience!

From the moment I walked up to the door I experienced excellent service from Sales and Leasing Consultant Thomas Scherr. He was there with me every step of the way making the process enjoyable and as streamlined as possible. He made me feel comfortable, walked me through the process, helped me narrow down my selection, and was genuine and honest the entire time. It was a refreshing experience where I wasn't pressured, and because of Thomas they have one happy and loyal customer. If you're looking to buy or lease Thomas is the guy to see.

Update for the Unpleasant Experience

This is the update. After posting the first review, I was contacted by the General Manager of Honda City- Mr. Craig Lucas. He listened to our issues and concerns and tried his best to solve the problems. Eventually, our CR-V got to change its two front tires and after that, the noise significantly decreased. Now we've much more enjoyed driving this car go anywhere. I wanna thank the Honda City for such nice post-purchase service. Thank Mr. Lucas and his team.

Unpleasant experience

We bought a pre-owned certified CRV from Schlossmann's. Only a week later, our car started to make noise during driving. We sent the CRV back and the service guy said we need to change 4 tires to reduce the noise after a driving test. He did not even bother to have a mechanical check, even though he cannot guarantee that the noise is caused by the tires. The mechanic check is covered by the warranty and they didn't want to provide free service. We can't believe that we have to replace 4 tires after 1 week purchase and it is Certified, and all tires are in good shape. We talked to the store manager, who was very mean and unfriendly. He said if we found this problem before the purchase, they would change the tires for free. However, we found it after purchase, so it was not their responsibilities. Finally, he offered a 20% off on the tire change. Eventually, we decided not to change the tires, cause we didn't want to fall into their trap to give away more money. It was unpleasant experience and we don't recommend Schlossmann's to anyone.

I contacted Marion 4 months before. I had poor credit, she told me to do a few things to improve my credit rating and to check back with her. I did EXACTLY what she said and I left the lot In a brand new Honda Insight. I love Marion for all her hard work along with a few others I don't know their last names, but John and Jamie. Marion is a true gem and will be very upfront and honest, in today's world that says a a lot about a dealership. They have gained a customer for life, Thank you again Honda City!

Visited Schlossmann's non-service department with two problems on my brand new CR-V. 1. insufficient heat when very cold weather (zero & below). 2. Transmission hunting gears upon deceleration. 1. They tested the heat output when it was 20 degrees and said it was sufficient. They refused to change the thermostat to a higher value. 2. They checked the tire pressure and checked to see that the wheels spun freely. I will take the vehicle to another dealer for any warranty repairs. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SERVICE.

GREAT Service

I just purchased my third vehicle in three years from Schlossmanns this afternoon and am completely satisfied, yet again. Peter F. and John M. were amazingly caring and helpful in obtaining the right car for my family. Peter even went as far as picking up my mother in law so she could have the most time possible in looking at a vehicle. The whole process took several hours due to our indecision, but all we received was a smile and understanding from this dealership. In this day and age, true customer service is rare. If you are looking for a new or used car, give this dealership serious consideration.

Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honda city is very convenient to me so natural choice to want to purchase there. I have purchased 3 new Hondas over the past 2 years and each time visited that dealer first. I was misled each time and found the last experience to be the same.All they did was tell me that the other internet prices that I showed to them were not legitimate prices and they could not come close to it....Well they are very wrong !!!! Do your homework and save some real money by checking other dealers in area.....I am driving my new civic now that they said would never happen.... I will NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE....3 STRIKES THEY ARE OUT!!!!!
