Didn’t pressure you into anything, knowlergable about the vehicle. Looked at it on a Saturday late afternoon, came back on Monday to pick up the vehicle and it was shiny clean and ready to go.

Stay away from this dealership they don’t stand behind

Stay away from this dealership they don’t stand behind not stand behind New car sales.bought 2024 Grand Cherokee,I now have 2000 miles on it took it back with transmission problems,said it might the motor mounts but recommend not to put them in because it might end up being worse than it is! Or he doesn’t have a mechanic smart enough to fix it.This was coming from the owner.Also have multiple paint chips.Again not there problem.Stay away!

Sales team has to be the most incompetent I have ever

Sales team has to be the most incompetent I have ever dealt with. Spent DAYS trying to get an answer to a basic question. When they finally answered, the truck had been sold the night before. Why are they waiting until after the truck sells to answer a question. Their excuse? They didn't have my number.... Even though I provided it to them via email when asked for it on the first day we had contact... Absolutely incompetent

Pricing on line was not matched , very misleading, there

Pricing on line was not matched , very misleading, there was no middle ground to be negotiated, it was advertised wrong and not honored, even after money was payed to hold the car so i could get there from a distance, the owner seems to think everyone can operate from a high income social status and this is not a big deal, i have to make every dollar count and it is a big deal for most of us

When I was in a difficult position with my trade Dave,

When I was in a difficult position with my trade Dave, John, and Charles went above and beyond to find me a Durango that fit my needs and financial situation. They worked with the banks to get me a very fair deal. Even thought the dealership is an hour from my house I will go back to these guys in the future. I am also going to be bringing my kids here to get their vehicles. I will also recommend them to anyone who tells me they are looking for a vehicle.

When our Caliber was too far gone for new tires, I was

When our Caliber was too far gone for new tires, I was introduced to Greg Grillo, and he stepped in and found a perfect Jeep Compass for me. We bought the Caliber at Waconia Dodge and have had superior service for it for 17 years! Now our Compass will have the same care. Greg took such care to show me all the features on the Compass and even installed fancy floor mats for me that I had wanted, and purchased in the parts dept. I have always felt at home at Waconia Dodge and was so pleased to find 'new wheels' so quickly. My husband and I feel safe while driving now, thanks to Greg and all the good people who work at Waconia Dodge! Thank you, Judy Jenkins
