JB who prepares the cars gives a friendly and professional first impression. He will probably greet you at the front door. The owner Karen is very thoughtful, thorough, and considerate. I was able to purchase an SUV within my insurance total loss budget. Darren completed the sale. I would recommend this team.

Micheal Motors seemed like a good dealership.

Micheal Motors seemed like a good dealership. Darren is a great non-pushy salesman. The Car was a good car at a great price. There was a feature I found in another car I would like to have. I haven't ruled them out but I want to see where the other goes. Good luck your car search.

Always an excellent experience

We bought neaaly 10 vehicles over the years from Michael’s motor Company. Staff is always friendly, courteous, ethical, and honest. Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty. You’re buying used vehicles, for Pete’s sake. What did you expect?

Transmissions went out in 3 weeks

Bought a car from then three weeks ago, after 2 days of having it I noticed the drivers side floor was wet, I take it back and ask them to look at it, they refuse, 3 weeks later the transmission goes out on the car, and their still refusing to help in anyway, now i have to spend 4k to replace an transmission after having the car for only 3 weeks, they are a total scam, stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

Daryl, We are sorry that you feel disgruntled about your experience here. Like every customer we have buy a car here you signed an AS IS document that shows the vehicle having no warranty from our dealership. You also declined an offer for an extended warranty that would alleviate your current situation. We are in no way a scam! For future customers reading this review, please take into account what was said and note that we do sell everything AS IS and we do offer extended warranties. This vehicle was driven by one of our management staff and had 4,000 miles put on it before it was sold, there was no reason to believe there was any issue whatsoever with the vehicle.

Not What They Profess To Be

Not had it 1 yr and have replaced a hub $300 with ext warranty,had to purchase hub lock key $80, (not their problem, so they said)rear camera $500, line for windshield washer dry rotted $50.. rear end repair $500, Now flat tire to find out all of the tires are dry rotted inside $1000. Plus taxes..

Tina, We are sorry that you feel we should be responsible for the car a year out of purchase. We have every customer sign an as is statement and that means the customer is fully responsible from day 1. Also, know way for us to know a tire was dry rotted from the inside. Hopefully you will have a better used car experience down the road.

Promptly answered my quetions. Will try to do business with them soon. They had a good price and a lot of picts. That is wht I needed to make my decision.
