Bought a used truck from them, great experience! Since I was from Wisconsin, they provided pics and video’s per my requests. Truck was delivered (from transport) and there was no surprises with the vehicle condition or how it ran.

I bought a truck that has faulty airbag sensor light on. They refuse to fix it. Bad customer service. They are refusing to take of a known problem on the truck.

Mike Jr. gave me a great trade in value and set me up with a newer car and small loan. Low pressure and clean cars.

Everyone was very nice and I would have gave them a 5 stars. Their truck was missing the Stock Rear view mirror at the time of the test drive they said they had ordered it. I signed all the paperwork for just the truck came back the next day to pick it up and it had a Small generic rear view mirror in its place. And it took over a month to get the plates. Still waiting for the title And I paid cash.

Buying a used vehicle is always a time consuming stressful event. My car, your car, financing, insurance, inspection. At Auto Outlet, it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. A couple of things that needed attention got fixed quickly. I felt they were fair, responsive and reasonable.

Bought a car and parts need replacement the next day. They first were nice but after coming back about another part, they wouldn't even hear me out and refused to help and I was asked to leave, they also screamed and argue which is not good business at all.. Terrible customer service.

Jason was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Ultimately, I didn't purchase here but I liked working with Jason.

Really enjoyed working with Bob. His knowledge about cars was excellent. He answered all my questions, was efficient and I appreciated his no-nonsense approach. I would shop here again.

Never contacted me. I am 383 miles away, so maybe they thought it would be a waste of time. It was a waste of mine.
