Friendly and timely

The employees are friendly. However, I was told that I needed a new battery because it had failed testing, and that I needed new terminals for it as well. Well since I have not had any problems with starting my vehicle at any point, that seemed a quite strange to me so I took it elsewhere to get re-tested. Turns out my battery is actually perfectly fine, and good for about another year. All it needed was cleaning and a new positive terminal. So glad I got that re-tested elsewhere, and saved a lot of money. Their technicians might need new equipment, just saying (unless they don't know how to use what they have).

I had a very good and satisfying experience buying a car a West Covina Nissan. The sales people were friendly and helpful which made the experience enjoyable. They were very willing to work with me to make sure that I got a good deal and was satisfied. They gave me options and time to figure out which option I wanted. They seemed to care about weather or not I was happy with the car and the deal I received.

I went there for service and Andy-the service adviser who took care of me was so helpful,courteous and professional.He went over with me the results of the inspection line by line, and then,looked the car over for cleanliness of the wash .I had been coming here for more than four years but this is the first time that I felt like I was treated like a " customer". Needs improvement

I liked that none of the sales people or other employees harassed me. As I walked up to the front door, a gentleman asked me if there was anything he could help me with and I answered no, and he didn't question me further. I also liked that the finance manager Rick told me that he would give me something complimentary, which to my understanding they don't normally do, and he kept his word. I have yet to receive a bill for it and hopefully I never will. Additionally, the wait is rather long even with an appointment, and there's a lot of car dealer BS being spewed. Be prepared !
