I bought my car of May 2014 was at the old dealership and Brian sold us our 2014 Equinox love my new car each time we have had it serviced we have received great service . It's a great place to get the car or truck of your choice lots of vehicles to choose !!!!

#1 - Courtesy vehicle and ease of appointment, drop-off and pick up make it a no-brainer. They make it as painless as possible. I start work before they are open in the morning - no hassle, come by the evening before, leave it, take a courtesy vehicle. Come by the next evening and swap. I am a Quality Assurance Professional so customer satisfaction is my career and Victory is 'getting it right'.

My experience at Victory Chevrolet

I had the most pleasant experience at Victory Chevrolet in Charlotte, NC. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. My sales specialist-Todd Campbell was very patient, kind and knowledgeable about the cars and trucks. I was able to purchase a new vehicle that will accommodate my mother (who is handicap) as well as in my price range. I would most definitely recommended anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle to this dealership.

We were shopping for a affordable used Chevy pick up. And saw several attractive options advertised at Victory Chevrolet. Todd Campbell greeted us when we arrived and arranged a test drive. I could not say enough about how well we were treated throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed when Todd took the Time at Delivery to shows us how to connect our phone and use the other built in options .

I love my new malibu!

Overall my experience at Victory Chevrolet was great. Salesman, Mark Upton, treated me with respect, listened to my position and we were able to reach a deal that we were both happy about. I call it a win win situation. I got into a new car with some bells and whistles, I left the dealership elated with my purchase.
