Called the dealership and talked with Salesman Marty. We worked a deal over the phone, in this deal there was supposed to be a second key fob for the veichle we were purchasing. Salesman told me that if it wasnt there he would get one. After some time and several calls he wouldnt return I finaly spoke with him. Marty's response was that he couldnt get one because it was made for a fleet not retail. Maybe if they got another one in later in the summer he would get me one. I reminded him of the email that discussed the 2nd key fob, he requested me to send it to him. I did and still no response. I called again today and asked why he couldnt get me one when my local dealership could.. His response was that it costs $95 and he just wasnt going to do that. I reminded him of the deal and his response was that my veichle that I traded wasnt what I said it was supposed to be. I wouldnt have traveled 4 hours each way if it wasnt as I stated..Keep in mind that they completely looked it over a few times.. tried to reach the sales manager with no return calls and he was always "busy" I wouldnt suggest this dealership to anyone...on a side note the Facility was very nice for a smaller dealership
