Wonderful Experience

We found a vehicle on cars.com that we liked, they held it for us while we thought about it. In the end we drove 3 hours to pick it up, the staff was great and were no pressure. We got there,and the car was sitting waiting for a test drive from us, all the paperwork was ready, they went over it, we signed and I drove off. Would do business with them again any day.

If you don't buy a vehicle from Kindred Chevrolet in Smithville MO, then your getting a lesser quality car buying experience. From the time you drive your used and busted ride to those "other" dealers to the time you leave, from what's sure to be a disappointing experience, you will be slapping yourself in the face for not visiting Kindred Chevrolet. A very friendly atmosphere from the time you step through the door. From the time the service adviser took my information until the truck was serviced was only 40 minutes. This was probably the fastest of any oil change and tire rotation I have ever had. Thanks Kindred Chevrolet.

You tell us what NEEDS to be done before doing it, and don't try to sell us a dozen more things that could be done for a high price but aren't required or needed like so many dealerships do. We left the dealership where we bought our last car for that reason and had you do the maintenance and then bought our current car there. Keep up that great work!

First Time, Not My Last

A mechanic friend of mine who was unable to service my AC recommended Kindred. I have lived here for 4 years and was aware that your company had a very good reputation. I had previously taken my car to another mechanic for an AC diagnosis, and they misdiagnosed the problem, which could have caused to pay an exorbitant sum of money. Kindred nailed the problem (much quicker, I might add) and I saved a bundle. The Kindred staff were very courteous and helpful. And as much as I hate waiting areas, I have to say that even my wait was comfortable, cool and quicker than expected! Thanks, guys! Keep up the good work!
