Happy with the Dealership

I worked with Brent, who had the car I was interested in sitting out front when I arrived. They were able to wrap up the deal with about 3 hours to take home. This saved me the hour trip up and back. Great purchase experience

Professional but weirdly inflexible

I found a Porsche that I liked and had been searching for 6 months nationwide. I liked it enough that I wanted to buy it online no questions asked And close to asking price. I did my research and it was overpriced by $1500-1900. They Refused to Sell me the vehicle until I persoanlly Walked in the door to look at it. That was a month ago and it is still sitting on the lot And they have not budged on price. They could have sold it a month ago if They were more up to date on the car buying process. They were worried Not For My best interests but their own!

Great experience

I am a out of state buyer (from NJ) went all the way to the dealership to buy the pre-owned Car. Chris Q from Client advisor team did a great job, provided detailed info on car and patiently compared with other cars. It was a smooth transaction, they made it easy. He is also gave courtesy call after a week to find if everything good with the purchase made. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Beautiful dealership, professional staff

Recently, a professional sales representative took me on a tour of the facility which is clean, modern and inviting. The showroom is spacious, the service bays immaculate and there's even a retail shop for BMW branded merchandise. Most importantly, they had a great selection of new and certified BMWs in additional to other brands of pre-owned cars that appear to be in terrific condition.

Beautiful dealership, professional sales staff

A professional sales representative gave me a tour of the modern dealership. It's quite impressive. Large showroom, remarkably clean service bays and, of course, a large selection of new and pre-owned BMWs. To my surprise, they also sell other pre-owned brands that appear to be in excellent condition. In total, it was far more than I expected.

Excellent experience in purchasing a new BMW

From the moment he introduced himself, Brent D'Arcy was warm, understanding and real. I felt no hint of sales pressure or displeasure when indicating I was not ready to purchase. As it happens, I did purchase a vehicle that evening and Brent's gracious and relaxed demeanor supported the entire process. I hadn't expected to encounter a Sales Representative and a Dealership with as much patience, warmth and professionalism as I had with Brent D'Arcy and BMW of Ridgefield.

Got HHR. Friendly and excellent service.

Met Kelly and asked what I need. She doing it and got approved at lowest percent loans not what I expected and totally surprised. Traded my 2004 Trailblazer LS for 2009 HHR LT. Value of trailblazer really disappoint so I have no choice to trade it because of lack gas mileage. So one week later I loved HHR and best gas mileage I have in very long time. BMW ridgefield very clean even spotless! People so friendly. Excellent service. I can't thank Kelly enough for her excellent service. Keep up good work BMW Ridgefield
