If you don't expect much, you won't be disappointed. Dan Vidal the manager there is as rude a person as you will ever meet. No respect for his customers and no respect for his peers and co-workers. He's right (or so he thinks) and don't hold him to any promises he's made unless you have them in writing. He is not to be trusted. Don't ask them to come to your place of business either. That phrase, "we'll pick you up" means nothing to Enterprise. It's only a catchy phrase. Go to Hertz
