Great Service

My car battery light came on and I called to see if they can check it out because it is only a year old. I am a single parent and needed my car for work. I was told to bring it in the same day. The guys checked out the vehicle and found that the battery was weak and replaced it. They even gave me a courtesy car wash. Carlos was very helpful and I didn't have to wait too long. Great service and I thank you very much.

The best car service ever

I had many major problems with my car braking down (6 Total in less than a 4 month time frame). I had a seven year warranty so the cost to me was zero but the fear of braking down got to be to much...yes I did say fear please look at my service records so you can see in detail what I am talking about. Findley was great....Slim and Scott did every thing they could to help me but it was Chevy and the Chevy area manager dragging their feet and giving me a hard time about a solution to my car problems. I felt that Findley (Slim and Scott) cared about me an my car and were professional, knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. I tell all my friends and family and every one I talk to about cars that Findley is the only place to go for car repairs, service and to buy a new car.
