Great and fast service

we had a great sales person, Tim Wilcox is the best. He went above and beyond to give us a a great deal. He was very efficient and was very fast at getting our new truck ready for us. He showed us everything about the truck and offered to deliver it to us also. He wanted us back in a couple days so we can go over everything again and to answer any questions we might have. I loved the chance to lease from him and will do it again up when our time is THANKS TIM

Phenomenal experience!!

He speed up the deal because I had totaled are only car in an accident and needed to be able to go to and from Troy Beaumont Hospital were my husband was going for treatment of pancreas tumor cancer. This is by far the Worst New Car Dealer in Lapeer

Leased a new 2013 Chrysler T&C from "Friendly" the purchasing experience was actually pretty good. We have a very nice salesman. The problem came when the vehicle was in for service. The service manager Tom Miller said he would not warranty a broken axle shaft. So my question is what good is a warranty if you won't cover anything? The car only had 19,XXX miles and was not abused...its a minivan! When questioned why, the service manager was so rude he told me to come and pick up my own vehicle. It was the WORST dealership experience in my life. I will never buy another vehicle from "Friendly" and may never buy another Chrysler

Great and very Clean facilities

Scott was very friendly and helpful. He exceeded our expectations. He was not pushy at all. Our time involved leasing our Chrysler 300 S was very minimal, we were in and out of there, along with a test drive in less than two hours, that was very impressive as we have sometimes spent 6 hours at other dealerships. This was our first time at your dealership. We will definitely be back to see Scott in the future! Thank you!

Wonderful Experience

Meridith went above and beyond my expectations in a car saleswoman. I have spread word about Meridith all around Hurley Medical Center where I work. One of my coworkers has recently bought from her also and she will be getting more coming her way. She is not pushy. She listens to what your needs and wants are. Then she delivers. She explained every feature in my new Chrysler 200 and how to use them. Best car sales person I have encountered by far. Keep up the great job there in Lapeer because people in Flint are traveling to come your way because of your professionalism there. I also want to say I encountered 3 gentleman in the service area that explained the oil changes and plans available and they was also very polite and helpful. I will only shop with you all and I'm spreading the word. Hurley employees are coming your way soon. Thanks so much I love my Chrysler 200. Great job. I hope to be back and see Meridith in a couple years for a jeep Cherokee. Thanks Meridith great job.

Fantastic Experience

Great service start to finish. Called and made appointment. Dropped vehicle late the night before. Call confirming drop off by 8 am that morning and informing me they found my bluetooth I dropped. By 11am (ish) I had a call and estimate emailed to me. Called and confirmed and ok'ed repair. You courtesy shuttle picked my wife up late at about 730 (at my request/ they were not running late). I paid and was on my way. Drives great so far. Tim is a great asset and has treated me fairly. Thanks for the promt service

High Quality & Professional Staff!!!

From the moment I pulled in for scheduled service, I felt everyone was ready and prepared for my visit. I can't remember the last time I felt that my business was truly appreciated. Everything was explained to me, cost and why it was a good idea for me to follow through with the suggested service. They even set up the courtesy shuttle which was especially appreciated at this time since my husband's surgery has left him unable to drive. I'm getting used to the "stiffness" of the WIN ignition but it's all good. Thanks Again!
