Done Right

Arlen and the guys did a great job on my car. They fix only what I ask them to and when one of the repairs was not to my satisfaction, they pulled it back in the shop, made the repair and then only charged me for the small part to fix the problem, which was not part of the original repair. They really did me right. Arlen was great about getting back to me and explaining everything that I had questions about. Top notch people at the service desk and in the shop. Thank you to everyone that had a part in getting my car up and moving.

I received a recall notice on my 2008 Tribute. I called and was given an appointment, The service person who greeted me was knowledgeable and got the work started quickly. They checked out the vehicle to make sure there were no other issues regarding safety and performance. They even washed the car at no charge.

2007 Mazda 3

Took my car in for 60k service, a bit pricey but this was the big one for the next few years. The service fellow took good care keeping me informed every step of thee way on expense and helping me make sure I didn't spend on unnecessary repairs.
