Burns Honda, a Great Place to buy a car

Recently purchased a 2014 Civic EX-L from Burns Honda. Our Sales Rep Gersha Mapp was a pleasure to work with, he was not pushy. He was very helpful & gave us a great deal. This is the 1st dealer I can honestly say I was pleased to do business with them. My wife loves her new Civic, it has a great ride & gets great gas mileage, we got 38 mpg on a trip to North jersey & back, very impressive

The best Honda Dealer ever!

I just purchased my second Honda Fit from Burns Honda and it was such a wonderful experience. Andrew Curran was great! He didn't pressure me to purchase the car. I knew what I wanted and he made sure he let me know when they received a new shipment with the exact Fit that I was looking for. Once I purchased the car, he took his time to explain all the new technological options that came with it. I couldn't have asked for more. Brian K., from Finance was really helpful explaining all the financial terms and options that I could get; and more to the point, got me the price point that I wanted. Everyone at Burns is delightful. From Reception to Sales to Finance to Service, I would recommend Burns and their entire staff to anyone who's looking for a Honda.

oil change

Came late in AM for quick oil change. Accommodated me post haste and out of there in about an hour. They had to find a nail in one tire and plug so I could've been out in less than one hour.

It was a most pleasant experience because the employees we worked with seemed earnest, really interested in providing information, and excited about the Honda product. Lee Wells was very informative about the technology and so easy to work with and Brian K. moved us through the financial end of it quickly without rushing. It's obvious that all the employees on the floor were alert, busy, and presented a good face to the public from the time we walked in the door. The follow-up phone calls and e-mails make a customer feel very comfortable about asking any questions. They're just the right touch, and not too much. I'm really happy to have joined the Honda family.

Excellent Service, Rude Customers

John was very accommodating. I was offered a ride home while I waited for my car to be fixed, and when I declined, he offered me a fork when I joked that I had brought food with me but had forgotten to bring utensils. They also replaced not just one rear-wheel bearing but two--both under warranty--even though we initially thought there was a problem with only one of them. I also liked that the TV wasn't blaring and that I could sit around the corner from it. I appreciated being able to get a cup of coffee, too. P.S. I will note that when I first got my car diagnosed a week before my appointment, it was by Eric who was very nice. He immediately drove around the block with me to listen to the problem, and then he followed up by calling corporate with questions about my warranty coverage, doing it in a timely way and then getting back to me. He has helped me in the past as well. It's very personal at this Honda location.
