I have the newest "oldest car" in the state!

i just purchased a 2002 chrysler 300m from elyria hyundai. after seeing the pics on auto trader the car looked brand new, so when i got to the dealer, the pics were right. took it for a test drive and knew it was coming home with me, after the paperwork was completed, Vince Cuffaro, my sales person took me to the service bay to get my shiny new "old car" and the car shined brighter than the new hyundai's! it looked great and a full tank of gas. am very pleased as good old clean cars like this do not grow on trees. process was simple and was in and out in a couple of hours. was never under any pressure because if the car is good it will sell itself. Vince was very nice and overall i would tell anybody to come here and buy a car. CHEERS!!!

I have never had service like I have with Elyria Hyundai. It is the easily the best service I have had so far. They seem to care what you think and I find that refreshing. Sold me a lemon!

I bought a 2004 diesel ford truck from these guys and traded in my 2010 mazda 3 that was in great condition and i have recites that say they changed the wheel seals in the rear axle after a week of driving it the rear axle broke and when I took it apart the wheel seal on the passenger side was not new and the bearings was so bad that it messed the spindle up to where they couldn't of even got the nuts off to replace it if they wanted it too, also the truck had a blown head gasket that has cost me 4 grand to repair that they didn't tell me about either but they tried to hide it and use block repair in the coolant to fix the issue

Used Hyundai Sonata LTD.

This is the second car I have bought from this dealer and both times I had the pleasure of working with Larry Hamblin. Mr. Hamblin and all involved (finance and Service)people went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Polite and courteous all the way thru the process. My only complaint was, I didn't get to pet OLLIE!!!! Thanks to everyone and I'll be back!

Easiest purchase ever

I was shipping online for a new car, and I knew from seeing them on the road that a new Elantra would be a strong contender. I stopped in at the dealership and was immediately offered a tour of an Elantra in the showroom, rather than baking in the sun. Upon looking and asking about what I would be using the car for and a few other basic but necessary questions, my salesperson, Jason, went outside and brought the car I'd chosen into the service dept where it was cooling off. We took a test drive, and I found that the Elantra was a vast improvement over my then current car. When we got back, the price was the same as what had been sent to me online, but the payments ended up being a few dollars less per month. It was an easy transaction, and I would highly recommend Elyria Hyundai and Jason.. I have, in fact.
