Best dealership ever.

I enjoyed purchacing my new Mustang from Grappone Ford. I drove past 3 other Ford dealerships to get there and it was worth it. I don't think the word "No" is in there vocabulary.

20,000 Mile Service

The vehicle was serviced promptly for its 20,000 mile checkup and all my questions were answered. Everything is so easy to do including making the appointment online, dropping off the vehicle and your waiting area is comfortable.

Your service staff are always friendly and very helpful. Even when there is a line, someone makes contact to ensure we are all being taken care of. It was great seeing this kind of customer service. They always call when they say and my car is usually done before the time they say. This is why I keep buying my cars form you..

One Stop Shopping!

I always have great service at the Grapple Ford service center/dealership. This time I forgot to ask them to replace my windshield washer blades. Since I was in for an oil change/tire rotation I guess they weren't checking for that. i suppose I'll just make another stop and ask!
