Jessica is very professional & courteous. Also, I was told my '07 Elantra needed an ABS sensor, you didn't have one so I purchased one and you installed it. It then turned out to be something else and I was charged the maximum for installing the sensor and then another significant amount to resolve the problem, ending up with a bill around $450. So, I purchased a part I didn't need, paid to install it, and paid again to fix the problem. All the cost for your mistakes were put on the customer.

Andy was very nice and helped me on the phone. I could not get my key to turn. I did try to "jiggle" the steering wheel, but did not want to do it too hard. Andy explained that I had to pull a little harder while turning the key at the same time. It worked! Thank you Andy - I did not have to tell my husband!!!

Once again, Northtown gets excellent grades from me! Convenient shuttle service, knowledgeable employees and exceptional customer service all top notch. When I checked in, Shawn took the time to explain what would be done, listened to my concerns, and suggested options. He spent a great deal of time with me and followed up the next day with an update and a report on the price of an additional item. He is an outstanding example of why I love coming to Northtown. I have dealt with many car dealerships in my day, and have had many not-so-great experiences in the service departments. Without exception, Northtown delivers. Upon arriving, I went into the wrong lot for service, and a NT service person ( Dave?) realized I was confused and immediatly, without being asked, directed me to where I was supposed to be.
