Great service

It is a brand new world of service buying a car now. We had not purchased a new car for many years and really did not look forward to it. I am happy to say the old days of car buying are gone. Missy Day was our sales consultant and made the experience a real pleasure. She is a very knowlegable and caring about the sales experiance for her clients. We bought a KIA Soul 2013 Alien Green( yes old man rocks the sporty green alien) and have been driving it for almost 6 months. Everything about this car is great. The big surprise about this car is the leg room and easy enter and exit for car. The entire staff at Courtrsy has been nothing short of excelant.

great salesman and financer..Marty!

Have bought quite a few vehicles from Marty. What actually gotth Marty was how he treated my wife with her first purchase with Courtesy. Actually did a trade/purchase the next day. He also has taken very good care of my stepdaughter with her first major purchase. Marty just rocks. He will do all he can for you to get the vehicle you want and can afford. Honors his IOU's on things you find wrong. This last dealing was my wife wanting a comfortable and economic convertible. She liked the Mazda Miata. He got us hooked up with Marsh..sorry if I spelt it wrong..but Marty met us ther at Mazda introduced us to Marsh and even called while on test drive 30 minutes later asking what we thought. Only thing missing was bluetooth because of new laws..Marsh thru a blue tooth into the deal. Everyone I've come in contact with at Courtesy is helpful and kind. Hard to think of ging anywhere else. Service rocks too!

Perfect car for us

I was looking for a car for my son that met his strict requirements, it had to have a good stereo, and met my requirements for safety, economy and resale value. Bob Mitchell took the time to listen to us and then showed some new cars of the style we were shopping for which were a little more than I wanted to pay. Then Bob showed us the sweetest 1 year old car with only 7000 miles on it a certified used car warranty that was considerably less expensive. We were both hooked after the test drive. The car had a small power steering fluid leak that was discovered after we got it home, Courtesy fixed in a couple of hours at no cost to us and everything is going great 4 months later. Would highly recommend Courtesy and Bob Mitchell to anyone looking for a new or used car.

After looking at several models on a Sunday, I returned to the dealership on Monday for a test drive. I was looking at the Kia Optima hybrid model I wanted to drive but several of the sales personnel just passed buy. Mike Anthony noticed I needed help so he came and introduced himself and wanted to know the reason I was looking for a car. We visited for awhile and I was going for a test drive but the cars battery was dead so he got the keys for similar car. After the test drive, we talked about the the current promotions and he asked me if I was a veteran since a discount was being given to military personnel. When I told him I was concerned about locating my discharge papers, he provided me the address of the local Veterans office that could help me with the paperwork. When I returned the following day to drive the specific car that I was interested in, Mike allowed me to try it for awhile. After finalizing my selection Mike worked with me to achieve the price and financing that was within my budget. Mike was very professional and personable. He helped me store the vehicle when I needed to leave town for a while. This purchasing experience was enjoyable.

I bought a Kia from another dealer many years ago and was not happy at all with the service. I was looking for a new Kia and went to Courtesy and met Steve Paytash. I expressed my concerns about service to him and then it happened. Steve told and took me into the service department and introduced me to my new mechanic Jim. As we were talking about getting a new car Jim and Steve assured me that it was different there at Courtesy. Well after 4 years now at courtesy with the Optima I bought from Steve I can truly say this has been the best car experience I have ever had. I have been buying cars since the sixties and have never been this happy. Thank you Steve for taking the time to show me service and the person that was going to work on my car. That really meant a lot to me to have a relationship with a dealer and just know who people are. I will be buying another Kia from Steve in the future but for now mine is doing great.
