Great experience, Clean vehicle, Professional srvs

Express Motors was a 3 hr drive for us as customers out of Indiana, but totally worth our drive. The CRV we came to look at was exactly what was pictured and as advertised, price wise. Dimitry even went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and that we could get home by putting a new battery in the car and meeting the price we were comfortable paying for the vehicle. The purchase process was quick and painless and we were in and out of there within an hour! I would recommend Express Motors to my friends and anyone who reads this review.

Very accommodating

Dmitriy, the sales consultant, was very accommodating. Everything went smooth from the time we came in to talk business of buying a Honda Accord, until we left with a purchase. a lemon of a car...

This dealer in my opinon, buys its parts from a junk yard, not the original manufactor. They blind you with false warrenties that they say is covering the whole car. I will never buy and reccomend this dealer to anyone! I have had to dump $800+ into this car, just to get running right again, and I will be getting a legal team together to get money paid back to me for this! I have called, and left voicemails to try and get this matter resolved, but to no avail...I am very unhappy with my purchase! Scam artists does not even describe this dealer, they are worse than that! If I could give these guys a half star, trust me, I would...even a half of half a star! Do Not Bye From Them!!!

Very rude

Very rude staff, test drove a minivan, got nothing but pressure. A few days later got a call from one of the dealers asking me about my decision. Told him I wasn't interested in buying that particular car and asked if he had anything cheaper in stock. The dealer hung up on me before I could even finish the question. Guess who's not visiting them again.

Freehold Kia..........What a Fabulas Experiance

Just a quick note about Freehold Kia. I personally want to congratulate you in developing a class " A" organization at Freehold Kia. This experience for my daughter has really been a good example on how an organization can and did help a first time car buyer . The Kia teams helped with the total process of buying a car and made this process seamless. The personal care at a very busy dealership given to us was the best. It made it easy for my daughter and fun discussing and picking the vehicle, the financing, the trade in, all documents to be signed, and papers to complete this sale. It's a lot for the first time car buyer . And as you know this process can be sometimes over whelming especially to a young person purchasing their first car. Your staff in Sales, Finance, and upper management have all embraced the total process with her. They have made this a great experience and lesson for my daughter to have and experience. Your people were quick to respond and easy to talk to. This stems from the top of the organization down through the ranks... A good job for us a Good job to you!!. 2012 Lexus CT 200h - Great Experience

Went in with a trade in for a 2012 Lexus CT 200h - car was in a wreck but repairs were perfect and runs great. Passed inspection at my Lexus dealer with no issues. The guys were very honest and transparent and worked with me on the price where we both made out well. Great experience - asks questions and examine the car well and you'll get a great car at a great price.

As-is... and not a dime more.

Recently drove up to Express to purchase a Subaru. The vehicle was priced very competitively, so I took the gamble driving 4 hours to see it. It was in decent shape, but looked like it had been sitting on a lot for months. A thick layer of dirt on the car, rust on the rotors, dusty interior, leaves in the engine bay. I asked about maintenance, and they knew nothing of the car's history or if standard maintenance had been performed. I paid for the vehicle and 3 hours into the drive home, the turbo blew. I limped it home and took it to an import mechanic, and he said the previous owner must have not taken good care of the car at all, and there was a lot of standard maintenance to be done. There were also things like cracked endlinks which needed replaced, as well as all four tires had dry rot from sitting and could not be balanced. I am now in the hole over $3,000 in repairs after owning the car for two weeks. I have contacted the salesman 4 times, and each time he promised to talk to the owner, but no calls back. I did buy the car as-is, and got a good price, but this review is to let the buyer beware - this dealer evidently does not do any inspection of vehicles on their lot, and if you drive away with problems, they are 100% yours even 3 hours after giving them a check.

Dear customers, unfortunately high mileage cars tend to break, and we can not do anything about it. We try to keep our cars in the best conditions possible. And its highly unlikely for us to not notice any mechanical problems. Please note that before vehicle purchase, we allow our customers to check the car at independent mechanic. AS USUAL WE OFFERED OUR CUSTOMER TO CHECK THE SUBARU,HE ACCEPTED THE OFFER. HE TOOK SUBARU TO OFFICIAL ROTO SUBARU DEALER AT MOUNT PROSPECT IL , THEY CHECKED THE VEHICLE ,AND DID NOT FIND ANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. AFTER THAT OUR CUSTOMER AGREED TO BUY A VEHICLE .
