Friendly service keeping me informed of progress on that service. Reminding me when next service would be needed. Friendly people in department of the billing treated me as a person not just a client.

Review for Bryden Ford in Durand Illinois 112823 I

Review for Bryden Ford in Durand Illinois 112823 I contacted the service department because I needed to replace my dipstick tube. I purchased the part and decided it might be better to let a Ford dealership install it. I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday night November 12th. I never received a phone call or an estimate. I called them on November 14th nothing was done with my truck. On November 16th I stopped at the dealership and found the tube was rusted and they advised they needed to replace some bolts. Still no estimate. I contacted the service department on Tuesday November 21, they advised they were waiting for parts. Still no estimate no update on the status when I would see my truck. I called on Monday November 27, I was advised they needed to remove the oil pan, but it would be done on Tuesday. Still no estimate. Again, I called on Tuesday November 28th and they advised me it was being “buttoned up” and I could pick it up. When I arrived and received my bill, I was amazed how my job was done with $2,054.86 worth the labor and an additional parts and shop supplies bringing the total to $2,972.81 with one phone from them or an estimate. I WILL NOT BRING ANYTHING ELSE TO THEM EVER. I could have done the job myself for several thousand dollars less. The dealership is unprofessional, and they don’t know how to use the phone. I had no contact directly from them in 15 days they had my vehicle or any type of an estimate. I know parts fail but it costs them nothing to pick up the phone and keep a customer informed. I have been driving Ford vehicles since 1977. This wasn’t a Ford problem. Respectfully submitted, John Conevera Rockford IL

Excellent communication fair prices and super easy to

Excellent communication fair prices and super easy to work with. Our buying experience took about 2 hours total and they were great with our littles. We drove 3 hours to buy from here and don’t regret it one bit.

Ford F 350 DRW

Chris Staten Hamel Illinois. I traveled about four hours to pick up my truck in the drive was well worth it. The sales team at Bryden Ford went out of their way to make sure that the purchase of my vehicle went smoothly. I would highly recommend them. The salesman Kiefer and the finance gentleman George very pleasant to work with. I will definitely buy my next truck from them.
