We had a 9:00 a.m. appointment, but we arrived at 8:00. Service took the car right away for the oil change. Service was complete in 45 minutes. GREAT! Thank you.

Salesman made a deal on the phone and was convienently unavailable when I showed up for my appointment.My deal was not honored and later contact with salesman he admitted he lied on price just to get me into the dealership. Bait you with super price/Switch you to a lousy price. Vehicle is advertired in the Oregonian at a price below what they offered me . I would never go back and recommend no one else to ever go there

Painless Purchase

Chris was polite and professional. He spent a lot of time with me finding the model I wanted (2014 Escape). Chris was very knowledgeable about the Escape and its features, including the MyFordTouch. I had seen negative reviews of this dealership on another review site but Chris dispelled any misconceptions.
