Bitter Ending

Salesperson was slow to respond, blamed me for his lack of communication, and when informed that I had indeed purchased elsewhere, told me "hope you got a 3.9% interest rate, because that was the surprise I was going to tell you". You don't "surprise" customers, you put your best foot forward and earn their trust and loyalty.

Honda CRV purchased at the tent sale

I had a very good experience when purchasing my new, used vehicle. My salesman, Bobby Brown was very well informed about the car and personable to work with. When I asked him about loading my phone numbers into my new car, Bobby stated he was not real good with that but in just a minute or 2 introduced me to the person that was very good at doing that. Great Experience!

I purchased 2 Hyundai Sonatas one a Hybrid and one a GLS package 2. I had a great time in my car buying experience. Their prices were top notch much cheaper than the other dealers and I didn't have to do much work! My sales associate Brandon was very nice and polite! I have had no issues what so every! I will be back when my 2 leases are up to purchase 2 more vehicles!

Chase took care of us! Drove from Cincinnati to Lafayette! They had the car my daughter wanted, but was a little higher than another dealer after price was negotiated. Bulbs burned out on the front - they reimbursed me for repairs as we brought the car back to Cincinnati. Very Satisfied.
