I had a power steering leakage repaired at Serra that was quite costly only to discover the next day that there was still a leakage. After returning to the dealership, I was told that this leakage was due to residual fluid in the pan. This situation should have been remedied during the first visit. Ronnie assisted me and was professional and courteous as always. Thanks, Ronnie.

Nice facilities

Folks were very insistent that additional work was needed on the car beyond why we brought the car into the shop. Even after we said we just did not want more work done, they still tried to get us to approve the additional work. I appreciate information that something additional is NEEDED but after being informed and refusing, I do not like to hear it over and over. Understanding you are a "dealership" and that your service charges are going to be slightly higher than some other places, paying over $400 to have a $100 part replaced when another garage said they could do it for under $200 if they had the computer equipment, still seems a bit high. And the other "tune-up" that was needed was going to be over $500 ... that must be Some "tune-up".
