I found a used car for my daughter at this dealership online. Called for information and was told that the car was in excellent shape and they would "make everything right" anyway, so not to worry. I specifically asked about smoking and was assured it was not an issue. So, I wired the money and expected my car to be shipped ASAP. A week passes with no word, so I finally call. They eventually ship the car ($650 for 150 miles), but not the title. I have to talk with manager to finally get the title FEDEXED. When the car arrives, I check it out. The brakes were shotetal on metal (needed pads, rotors, and front calipers), which cost me $750 to repair. The car had also been heavily smoked inigarette burns on the upholstery. The CD player was broken and beyond repair. I could go on. I tried several times to get their help but was eventually told that I bought the car "as is", and they refused to help.
