We were promptly greeted upon arroval by Darwin Kloster - Sales Consultant at Southwest Ford in Greenville; what nice guy. Darwin took the time to understand what we were looking for in a new or used vehicle and made several recommendations to fit our needs. Darwin was very knowledgeable about the Ford products and what feaures may appeal to our lifestyle and driving habits. We decided on a new 2014 Ford Explorer and quckly closed the deal. Service immediately after the sale was just as impressive, taking the time (about 30 minutes) to go over the operational and comfort features of our new car. Impresssive! Thanks Darwin, love the Explorer!

Great Service

Service rep was very helpful when my car would not start to make my appointment. He supplied me with the Road Service #. And they responded within 20 minutes, After a Jump I was only 45 minutes late. They jumped right on the Service and I was home before lunch. Great Job!

Dealer asked me to leave.

Went there to buy a new truck and ran into a tall skinny gentleman, who didn't like me right of the first step through the door. Asked if I could leave his dealership. Guess he is intimidated by a real man. Asked what the problem was, he strictly said, don't need your business here. I will definitely recommend not buying a vehicle frome these guys

Great first car experience!

Very pleased with our experience at Southwest! Ryan Cooper was perfect, so easy to work with. Our purchase was for our 16yr old daughter and he made her feel like she was included in the decisions and was not left out of the conversations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!
