I simply asked a question while having warranty work done and the salesman and staff went out of their way to give me a deal I couldn't pass up. And while under time restraints, they ran from place to place to complete the deal in time.

Disappointed

I made an appointment to test drive one of their pre owned cars and my wife and I made the 1 hour trip. We drove the vehicle, liked it but wanted to take a day or two to think it over. When we left the last words the salesman said were "Thank you and I'll call you Monday". We thought it over and decided to make an offer close to the asking price and waited for the salesman to call. It's now 2 weeks later and we're still waiting for that call. We have moved on and recently purchased a great car from another dealer who was more than happy to do so.

Excellent experience

I needed a replacement vehicle after my Honda was totaled in an accident. I shopped Honda and Hyundai lots where I live in Albany as well as on line at Cars.com. Dan Favreau at Carbone Hyundai in Bennington was very responsive to my inquiry and seemed genuinely interested in working with me so I drove to Bennington, 45 minutes away, to meet with him. Dan worked hard to accomodate me and get the new Hyundai that I wanted. At delivery he spent quite a bit of time reviewing the details of the car operation,options and warranties. Overall an excellent experience. I highly recommend Dan Favreau and Carbone Hyundai in Bennington.
