Bought a used car with a few problems which i didn't know it had, This is the company responsibility to fix the used car. Three weeks later the car is not fixed yet. They avoiding fixing this car and I have no idea why.Customer service is very bad. Do not buy a used car from this company

Great Car Buying Experience

Due to a change in circumstance I decided to trade in my car for a new car. After a horrible experience at another Bergen County Nissan dealership I stopped in at Paramus Nissan. I had pretty much decided to hold of until the spring but since I had made an appointnent I decided to go. I am very pleased that I did. From the moment I walked in I was treated fairly. My salesperson Feras Jaber was excellent. He listened to me and understood what my needs were and what I needed before a deal could be made. After all was said and done I drove away in a new vehicle TOTALLY satisfied and very pleased thati kept that appointment. Needless to say I plan on recommending this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I had called multiple times to ask for information regarding the Nissan Rogue I had purchased in Aug. 2014. They had not given me a list on the options on the car when I purchased it and I called to ask them to send me a copy. I explained that I needed it as soon as possible, I left my number with the receptionist and was told that someone would call me back. One month and 3 calls later and still no response.

Worse Experiance in my car buying career

Worse car buying experience I had. Bought a 2010 nissan pathfinder from this dealership. They managed to screw every possible thing. When we were filing up paper work, I pointed to them that the car has less mileage than what they put for motor vehicle. We ended up fixing all paper work. Then when I got the title, as I was expecting they messed it up and I got the title with 7K more miles than the car actually had on. They did not wash the car, promised me twice that when I come back they will wash it, they did not. I had to wait hours for no reason, when I asked them can I live, they said ohh yes. It just that the sales person ?Forgot? to tell me. Did not get $25 towards gas. Called twice complained, they told me that they will fix and make it up to me, but its has been a month and I am still waiting. Don?t buy from them; they are very sloppy poorly managed car dealership. I have never seen anything like this. Leo

Now that they have new management and have fired the people who were ruining Nissan's great reputation, I would highly recommend them. Phil is a true professional, Dwayne's knowledge and patience makes him a great salesman and Ken is one of the most honest, pleasant and knowledgable salesman I ever met.

Fantastic buying experience!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 Rogue from this dealership. I LOVE my new car and our salesman, Feras, was phenomenal! We had been to a Honda dealership earlier in the day and our experience with the salesman there left a bad taste in our mouths. It was a relief to deal with someone who actually genuinely wanted to get us into a vehicle that we loved and could afford. I had to leave, after I test drove a couple cars and decided I wanted the Rogue, due to a prior engagement and left our 8yr old and 2yr old there with my husband to finish the paperwork. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating and even helped entertain them so my husband could take care of the financing. My kids even got to bring one of the balloon bunches home, which they were thrilled about! We also dealt with Mike at the Hackensack dealership and Richard from the Paramus dealership for financing and they worked really hard and got us great financing and a monthly payment that we wanted. A couple days later, Feras called me to tell me my 2yr old had left his stuffed ducky there, which really impressed me. I feel like most people wouldn't have called, but my son was over the moon to see "Quack" again. All in all, the customer service was beyond amazing and I wish we had just gone here first and saved ourselves a lot of time.

Very Bad Experience while calling for a used car

I called to inquire about a used maxima listed online. After calling several times, operator kept transferring me to voice mail even though after my numerous request to speak to a live person. Finally i requested to speak to used or new car sales manager - she again transfer me to a voice mail - how rude ? i wonder what will happen once the person buys car from them? How do they stand behind their purchase? overall i had very bad exxperience with them

My new Maxima

I purchased a Nissan Maxima this past Week from this dealership (Hackensack Nissan). I had been looking to purchase for 2-3 months. I had been to at least 5-6 dealerships prior to this one. I didn't care for some of the pricing, knowledge or personality of some of the other salesmen, as they can be overbearing. In contrast, I'm sure as a customer, I'm not a salesman's dream either. I was met by sales manager Tony D at Hackensack Nissan. I explained to him what I was looking for. Tony and sales rep Freddy spent an entire afternoon with me test driving different models, discussing different options, etc. I test drove a New Maxima and just loved it. I put money down on it to hold. I continued shopping around at other dealerships looking for a better deal the next few days but was met with the same aforementioned problems. Tony stayed in constant communication, but was not overbearing or pushy. He worked with me on the things I was looking for in my purchase and on a fair deal for the vehicle. Tony was patient and every time I called or had a question he always called back and had answers. Since I've purchased the vehicle, I've called Tony with some miscellaneous questions and even now he always calls back. I'm impressed with the quality of the sales staff and management at this dealership based on the sales experience with Tony and Freddy. I've recommended this dealership to friends, and advised them to ask for my new friends. I've never written a review about a business before, nor would I usually take the time to do so. However, based off past bad experiences with buying a vehicle and dealing with salesman, I would come back to this dealership and give it thumbs up to those shopping around.
