First off Thank You Carbone Nissan for working with me through such a hard time. Patrick is one of the most kindest and sincere salesmen that I have ever met. He was thorough through the whole sale ( the 5 times I came in:) The whole staff was very accomidating and our new Certified Sentra is awesome. I can;t wait to bring it in for our first oil change that Mr.Jennings gave us for free. Mr Carbone should be honored to have such gentleman that work for him. 5 STARS!!!!

Impressive sales staff

I recently was looking for a Used SUV and I visited Carbone Nissan and met the Sales Manager who was very friendly. He had my children laughing which is a feat in itself. He had Joe work with us and they found us a Nissan pathfinder that my kids loved especially with the TV's on the seats. We got a great deal and got to take it home right away. I will buy all my cars from them they made us feel like family. Thank You Gary, Joe and Steve.

full syntheic oil please

I noticed in my Hyundai Manual that Quaker State Oil was recomended for my new Hyundai Accent and it turns out it is full synthetic oil. I told my Service Advisor who new nothing about it. I WILL CHANGE MY OWN OIL After two years of servicing my Hyundai at Carbone and having the service department change my oil using a non synthetic oil. READ YOUR MANUAL DETERMINE WHAT OIL THE MANUFACTURER RECOMENDS GET UPSET IF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS USING WRONG OIL WHICH COULD VOID YOUR WARANTY

2006 Subaru outback.

I came across a 2006 Subaru outback on car's.ca and called to inquire obut the car the sellsman quickly told me the car wasn't for sale and is a action car only so that was disipointing. I told him I will pay the asking price but I was told I can go to their action if I'm a dealer. I think if you post a car for sale whit in a magazine where the public can see it you should sale it not tell people is for dealer action only and if is posted by mistake you should still sell it not have the ad running and tell people action only. No newer again I will check their site or their ads.

A fair deal but poor communication...

I bought a 2011 Nissan Sentra from Carbone Nissan. The facilities were neat and clean however they have 9 salesmen and only 4 sales offices to write up the paperwork so we were doing our deal on 2 chairs and a table in the middle of the showroom.The service was friendly but shifty in how they would answer questions about the car and what warranties it came with. The staff had poor communication between the salesmen and the managers on what they were offering with the sale however they were able to help my wife and I get a great car at a very reasonable price which left us feeling satisfied in the end. I just wish they were more forthcoming on what was or wasn't included with the purchase before they wrote up the paperwork. I would recommend them to a friend or family member but with the warning of question everything and assume nothing is implied.

Dirty Cars, Showrooms, Overinflated Prices

In Utica all Carbone dealerships refuse to offer a fair deal. They have a we're the only game in town, take it or leave it attitude. Carbone Honda is the worse as these cars fly off the lot. Suspect service department does not do work and charges for it anyway (tire rotation - lugs were not touched). Avoid them at all costs

Excellent service
