Satisfied First Time Buyer

After hearing all the horror stories about car salesmen and dealerships in general, I was really nervous about buying my first vehicle on my own. However, when I called Kingdom Chevy to inquire upon a vehicle, all of my fears faded fast. Les in the Internet Department was wonderful and set me up with an equally wonderful salesman. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured into buying the vehicle. They understood my situation, and catered to my needs. This place has excellent customer service, and a very helpful, non pressuring staff. They were also able to provide a loan that fit nicely within my monthly budget. Highly recommended!

Depend on General Manager for Best Service

I had posted a review on October 30, 2015 entitled "Don't expect honest deal from Kingdom". I'm pleased to say that I did follow up on the reply from the General Manager, Sean Hargrove, and found him to be genuinely concerned about my issue. He worked with me to insure that I got the best possible service and a great deal on a vehicle. If you have had a bad experience at Kingdom in the past, be sure to seek out Sean and he will make sure you are a totally satisfied customer! We were also pleased with the helpfulness of Dominick. Thank you gentlemen for your help and for restoring my faith that honest salesmen DO exist!

Fooled

I bought my used Black Toyota 4 months ago. It had decent mileage, interior was good and drove nice, But the exterior was not good. I did not do a Detail Walk Around the car. Due to the rain that day. 3 days after the rain cleared, I washed and waxed my car. To my surprise, I noticed scratches on the trunk, right rear door, left door, driver side mirror had a chip, and the windshield had a small rock chip on the passenger side. Brought the car back to the dealership and my salesman said they could not do anything about it . We went back and forth about the car, all he could do is recommend me to a detail guy. DEATAIL GUY?!!! I lost this debate. Lesson learn never buy a used car in the DAM rain. OHHHH !! Now I need freaking BRAKES!! SUCKS !

Don't expect honest deal from Kingdom

Beware inexperienced car buyers! Kingdom took advantage of a young couple's naive car buying and financing knowledge and sold them a used car that was two years old for more than it was worth if it were new! Now they are saddled with a loan and debt that is unreasonable for the car that they bought. Do your research and don't go to Kingdom for your next vehicle purchase.

The worst Salesman ever

Bought the car with some scratches and dents with the stipulation that the car would be fixed and detailed and an extra fob at cost. Well they did fix some of the scratches and dents but didn't detail the car. When I went to pick up the car there was a dent not fixed. Mike Brixie is the worst salesman ever. He wouldn't answer his phone, he said he would take care of it and didn't and to top it off he told me to bring it in and then didn't make sure that I would be taken care of. My next recourse is to talk to the GM if that doesn't work then I will talk to the District Manager all the way up to Chevy corporate. My daughter loves her car, but I feel they gave us the biggest run around. I own a Kia and recently had some issues they fixed it without hesitation. Thought Chevy dealers were honest now just lost my faith in them. DON'T USE MIKE BRIXIE as your Salesman he doesn't keep his word. Also his brother Alex isn't any better. Look for George at least he's helpful.

3RD NEW CHEVY FROM KINGDOM

This is my 3rd purchase from kingdom chevy personally and I've also sent numerous relatives and friends that I've sent there. I just wanted to get the word out that this is a wonderful establishment to purchase a vehicle from and I'm taken aback as to how they would have any bad reviews. The one things I have noticed in my dealings is they are an extremely busy dealership with a wide range of cars so maybe it takes a little extra patience to purchase a car there but the deals I've gotten and the customer service I've received have been well worth it

I have been searching for a dependable and affordable used car for some time now. During my search I kept seeing kingdom pop up with lots of choices and prices that seemed to good to be true. I did my research and found several bad reviews about kingdom which caused me some concern. I decided to call the dealerships sales manager to ask how I would be treated if I decided to come in to purchase a vehicle. He assured me I would be treated with the utmost respect and he would personally assure my satisfaction. I decided to give them a try since their prices were thousands less than other dealers for the same car. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received and the quality of the vehicle for the price I paid. The only drawback I can come up with is they are extremely busy but so is Costco, must be the prices!!! I would highly recommend checking them out as long as you a bit of patience for an incredible deal

Loved my experience

I had a great experience purchasing my certified Malibu from kingdom chevy, I was hesitant because I had read few bad reviews but I was assured by the salesperson on the phone that these were isolated incidents and that they sell a lot of cars so a few bad reviews out of the thousands of cars they sell a year was a tiny percentage. I was put at ease and headed in to kingdom chevy. I was overly impressed by the facility and the staff. I was treated like I was royalty and the vehicle I wanted was ready and waiting for me upon arrival. Ill never shop at another dealer
