Bait and Switch
I test drove a used vehicle located on their lot. There was two areas of paint bubbling up over the rear wheels. I was told that the truck was going into the shop to repair this problem, and then told I would be called when the vehicle was ready. I received a call 3 days later to tell me that someone had placed a deposit on the truck, so it was no longer available. Then immediately the caller tried to sell me other vehicles on their lot. Classic Bait and Switch. Lack of integrity. Dishonesty.

My window was stuck down on my volvo,called on a Friday they said come in Sat morning got me right in fixed it washed it .They treated me as though my car was just purchased from them.When the time comes I will!!

Poor service
Although I purchased a nearly new S60 T5 Volvo, as well as the Platinum rated extended warranty, the Volvo service center will not honor any type of warranty I have on my vehicle. Even though the $1800 warranty assures all mechanical issues are covered, when I called to inquire about the progress of the repair on my 2015 Volvo that I've had less than a year, all repair costs would be 100% out of pocket. I was told a mouse had chewed through the electrical system and caused the check engine light to come on. Number one, how do I know that a mouse caused the damage since all the work is done in the bays where customers are, understandably, not allowed to go into. How is that my fault a mouse got into the wiring system? I've owned cars all my life,lived in the same house for 40 years and have never had rodent issues. Number 2...how convenient is it that the only thing not covered by the warranty that comes with the vehicle as well as the $1800 Platinum plan is totally negated by any mouse damage? What is the point of purchasing an extended warranty if it comes with all kinds of scenarios that negate the warranty? I feel duped and ripped off by this delearship and will not return to them for any future purchases. I gave facilities 4 stars because the new dealership is beautiful but I believe customers are paying for the new dealership by not honoring very pricey warranties. So they get their money back at both ends, selling useless warranties they have no intention of honoring.

XC60 AWD
Great new facility in Stroudsburg PA. These vehicles are state of the art in transportation. Not only are these vehicles state of art, they're safe and comfortable. A buy for sure.

Tops in Customer Service!!
My Volvo XC60 was taken in quickly fo my service appointment, everything I had called about was accurately listed, my courtesy car (a beautiful 2017 Volvo sedan!) was ready and waiting for me, my car was ready in the time promised, AND given a beautiful car wash! I LOVE Ray Price Volvo and wouldn't service my Volvo anywhere else!
