It was amazing, I don't ever think I have experienced such a happy environment at a dealership, no pressure on me,I was window shopping at 4 different dealerships that day, I didn't think I was going to get the deal I was looking for knowing that I was upside down on my last loan, I was given everything I asked for and couldn't be happier with the outcome although my payment was a little higher than I wanted I am happy with the outcome. Excellent Experience

He was very courteous and attentive to my needs and wants in a car and worked hard to get me into the Sportage of my dreams. Great time getting my new Forte

This is our second car from Patterson, we like the people and the dealership. We were in a rush and had to get to a dinner, so we almost got things completed, the sales consultant said take the car tonight and we will finish up in the morning if that is ok, we said great. The next morning everything was ready and we were out in no time. Great service and professionalism. Thanks Patterson..

My husband and I have bought 2 vehicles at Kia Patterson we had such a great experience with Shawn Baker that when we began to look for a car for our son that was the first person we thought of. He will go out of the way to help you in any way he can. And checks up with the customer to make sure everything is still fine with our vehicles. Up to this date it's going on 5 years since I bought my 2011 Sedona he still calls see if there is anything he can help if this isn't great customer service then I have no idea what else it is.
