You can never speak to a service representative

It is a shame that Audi has such a poor service center in El Paso TX. When you want to make an appointment for service, you have to do it online. They take all day to make a simple oil change, the big problem is that they also service many Subaru cars there. I've had cars serviced at Mercedes Benz or BMW and there you can actually wait for your car only an hour or two for an oil change. But this is not all, if you want to speak with your service representative (her name is Liz) she never answers the phone at her office at anytime. You need to contact her through email or wait until she calls you. It is ridiculous that this dealership only has one single person to answer the phone/make service appointments/ receive cars, etc. Not the service you expect when you buy an european car.

Not so great used cars

Went to check out a Honda Element that looked great on pictures, but was very worn in person. Pices of plastic were falling off and there were scratches all over.

Very crappy EVERYTHING

This has to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a used Audi A3, beautiful car yes, but unfortunately very delicate and stuff easily breaks all the time. Every time I have had to diagnose my A3 it would cost me $99! And parts take 2 WEEKS to arrive from Germany! Who does that really?! I had extended my warranty, useless by the way, and one out of the 7-8 times I had to take my car in was it covered by the warranty. So yes, a lot of out of pocket work, but believe me I preferred this to paying some unbelievable prices these people charge. They have gone through so many staff changes that they don't even remember their customers enough to say "Hi, how has your car treated you sir" or something. It's always more like, "you have problems with your car? how about a trade in" or "wow, we NEVER have had anyone complain about this car, would you consider a new one?" etc. there are too many things wrong with this dealer, I should have turned away the moment I wasn't taken seriously when I originally was going to buy a WRX. All in all, I traded my A3 a few days ago and got me a Hyundai, yes, a Hundai. Way better service and way better feeling after getting rid of a car I couldn't rely on and a dealership that would not back up any of their "great products" they sell or treat you like just any other person, remember, we feed your family fools. STAY AWAY

THIS IS ONE REASON WHY DEALERSHIPS HAVE BAD REPS

Negotiated a firm deal with Garcia Audi for a new car. I have all of the emails, texts and voicemails confirming the deal. then they send me an email telling me "sorry, we sold the car to someone else." Seriously, don't cut deals if you can't stand by them! Buy a car somewhere else
