Great sales staff, great service.

I started in January by looking into a GMC. Then I was told to check into the new Explorers. Back in the 90's, I had owned 3 of them before deciding to get into a car. So I went to Twin State, ONLY because I was in that area. I dealt with Byron, who was NOT pushy at all, was very personable to both my daughter and myself. After a few days of talking back and forth, I was still undecided. A few weeks went by and I decided I wanted an Explorer. Then one I had test drove was gone, Byron knew what I wanted, found me one and gave me a decent price, both on the new car and my trade. Byron at Twin State Ford in St. Johnsbury Vermont is someone I would definitely recommend people going to!!!

Service on a 2014 F150 Lariat

The Tech that worked on my truck I believe was Andrew - outstanding young man. Had a problem with my phonebook on Bluetooth and would not work on my truck as it had in the past. Andrew spent quite sometime and figured out it was my phone not the system in the truck. Very much appreciated his help on this.

2014 Ford Expedition

I purchased a new leftover 2014 Expedition in March 2015. I have delayed doing the feedback until the delivery process was completed. The process was quite prolonged due to several faulty (out of the box) stereo units, travel distance from your Vermont dealership, and my travel schedule. The dealership staff made it clear throughout the process that they would do everything possible to get it right no matter how long it took. They worked with my crazy travel schedule, did ALL the long distance driving, provided a loaner vehicle, and did several extra things for me to thank me for my patience. Though it was an extremely prolonged process, I was confident throughout that they would persevere and get it right. The delays appeared to all be due to faulty stereo electronics supplied by an outside vendor. Thanks to salesman Danny Brick, manager Kevin Fontecha, service personnel Justin & Charlie, driver Norm Gallant for all their efforts.
