Great Customer Service

As always I was greeted immediatly upon arrival. First by valet. Then by Noel followed by Service manager Bob Corrado. Everytime I walk in to Oyster Bay BMW they make me feel like family(until I have to pay my bill) . Everyone is very friendly and curtious they way you you want to be treated.

I leased my first BMWx1 at Oyster Bay. It was an extremely satisfying experience. They are non-intimidating, so friendly and helpful especially my sales associate Peter. He did his best to get me the car and specifications that I was looking for and worked with me on the price. Everyone I dealt with in the other departments were as helpful and friendly as well. Service engine light

Service light was on when starting car and a noise like a belt was defective.. I was told it could be vanos part but they felt it was an oil leak and a transmission leak. Also told tires were wearing unevenly and struts had play in them.. Bmw of Oyster bay had car for 3 days. After spending almost $2000.oo engine light is still on when starting?? Wow, I am amazed and doubtful that these so called leaks had any thing at all to do with the service light. Bmw is picking my car up on Thursday to hopefully resolve problem.
