I never felt pressured or stressed while at Fairfax Kia, compared to the other dealerships that I went to! The customer service was beyond excellent! Typical Car Dealer

Saturday my wife and I went to see a used vehicle at Fairfax Kia. The car and the used car personnel were pleasant but the car while great was really not what we were looking for. We decided to visit the new car showroom where we met Zach the new car salesman. We were impressed by the great lease offer on a new Kia Optima and test drove and liked it very much. That evening we applied for lease approval and received emails confirming receipt and more. We were told someone would follow up. No one did, but it was late. The next day we received a call from a sales lead follow up. We remained loyal to Zach and even though he told us he worked everyday but Friday, he was not in. We did not hear again until we called. Three days passed waiting, in the mean time we received lease quotes and the web site continued to offer low leases on the vehicles. We took the day off to finalize the deal on Wednesday. We picked out a car and sat down to see the figures but they had changed. When I questioned the difference I was told that the web site changed. So, Zach knew we were interested in the deal on Saturday, the dealership played dumb considering our application even saying they emailed a link but didn't. And, they did not honor the lease quotes, which I still have. The web page clearly stated and Zach had told us the deals were good through May 31st. It's not a matter of the downpayment or the money but when you advertise a price that disappears it is very shady. All of a sudden you go up 100 dollars a month and get the run around on dealer contribution, cap cost reduction, and a line "Oh, yeah that's been changed" It's a typical car dealership. The salesman knew why we were there and tried to croak us (hold back) anyway when we were loyal to him. Be careful when you deal with them. We should have known better.

I have always been able to get in for maintenance quickly and they go beyond completing what needs to be done by washing my Sorento too. Which is really nice when the pollen is so bad!
