Okay, so overall my entire experience was pretty awesome. I was unbelievably nervous about it but once we were greeted and talked to the process went so much smoother. My car salesperson, Josyln Kershaw was very friendly and very kind! I adore her and I'm so thankful that I was able to have such a relaxing and simple car buying process. Shopping on Cars.com, we found just the car we were looking for! A beautiful Ford Edge with very low mileage. Making the call to Tracy, we decided to make the drive from Wyoming to Columbus! Tracy was always very honest and sincere with us. He made this purchase easy for us, not wasting any of our time which helped us get back on the road. Would we buy another car from Tracy....Absolutely By far one of the easiest car purchases we have ever made!

We purchased a pickup and car from Tracy's 5 years ago. Both vehicles were problem free all 5 of those years. After being hit by another driver and in need of another vehicle. We went back to Tracys. Driving almost 3 hours to look at a car is stressful on anyone. Once I finally made it there Tracy let me look at the car before he approached and then greeted me. He was friendly and knowledgable about the car and answered any questions I had. There was no pushiness either, he let me take my time and make my own decisions on the car. During the test drive I wasn't given any dealership gimmicks or tricks, just a friendly conversation. I ended up purchasing the car and couldn't be happier with it. The buying process was throughly explained and he made sure to ask if I had any questions for him. I'd happily make the trip again and buy another vehicle from there again. Sincerely a happy buyer from Kansas!
