Took my 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe in to be repaired. Note it was under FACTORY WARRANTY, but Classic Cadillac REFUSED to work on my car and instructed me to drive my car back to the dealership I bought the car from to be repaired. Real professional on their part, now I purchased the car in Michigan because I wanted a specific color, with certain options, low mileage and I got a great "certified used car". Now how Classic could turn me away and tell me to drive my car back to Michigan when it had a problem that was under warranty I don't know. Along with the fact that over the last 20 years I had purchased over 10 vehicles from them, lets you all know what they think of there customers. Pathetic. I will NEVER purchase another car from Classic again!
