First of all, I don't think I could top this experience! Craig is so knowledgeable and he will prove it to you. I found out that the car I was looking at had the same crash test safety ratings and got better gas mileage than my previous car. The car was in great condition and Craig did some minor repairs to get it in the best possible shape. This is the way car buying should be; scam-free, stress-free, just friendly and helpful service! I'm confident I made the right decision and would definitely go back! In the meantime, I would recommend Indy Auto Source to anyone looking for a car! Craig and Dawn are amazing! The entire experience from start to finish was easy, NO pressure and, I have to admit, quite fun and pleasurable! You think I'm crazy right? Buying a car pleasurable? I am extremely pleased with my purchase at Indy Auto Source. Craig is not a high pressure sales person trying to shove a car on you. He is really laid back, honest, and thorough. Not only did we find the exact vehicle that we were looking for in his inventory, but it was in perfect condition with half the miles of any other cars we were looking at. Will have to say my husband and I have known a lot of car salesman, and most of them fit the stereotype you'd expect. I NEVER had that vibe from the second we stepped onto the lot. We contacted the owner of the lot via phone and let him know we'd be by later in the day and he said he'd have the cars we wanted to see there and ready to go. Craig and his wife were so sweet and personable my husband and I felt we were just there to hang out and talk cars with friends - never once did I feel pressured to purchase and the prices there are the best I've seen in Indianapolis or even nationally in the collector car market! They do much of the service in house and are transparent about the condition of every car they offer for sale. Will definitely call him for the next family car or truck and recommend you do the same!

I'm in my 50's and have bought several cars over the years. Buying from Indy Auto Source was the easiest and most pleasurable car purchase I've ever had. Craig was straight forward, honest, kept his word, and easy to deal with. Would definately consider purchasing from him again!

Craig and dawn are amazing people with a refreshing sense of honesty in the car business that is usually a difficult thing to find. As long as their selection continues to grow with their business I don't see my family ever needing to go to another "dealership". The personal touch you get from them is far beyond the expectation of what you might expect from a business that is primarily based off of Internet traffic. The entire process from beginning to even current has been easy and they have still offered service beyond the "deal". I bought a 2008 wrangler from Craig and got a great price on it. He had all the brakes replaced, air filter and oil replaced, even had the originial soft top! The car buying experience has always been a scary thing for me. From getting a loan to finding a decent car and most of all dealing with the oh-so pushy dealers. With Craig everything was absolutely 100% perfect. The car was amazing as expected. He had new brakes put on, the oil changed, and the car was inspected at Tom Woods Subaru for defects. Anything he felt I should know about the car he informed me himself. I didn't even have to ask. Craig was probably the least pushy and most honest dealer I have ever met. And I've met quite a few. What a great car buying experience!!! I found myself needing a vehicle to replace a gas guzzling Tahoe. It so happened that Indy Auto Source had just the vehicle I was looking for and I drove down from Fort Wayne to see the vehicle. The fact that Indy Auto Source does not have a large car lot (costly overhead)is reflected in the lower prices of their vehicles! After purchasing an Acadia and driving home I noticed a leak that allowed water into the interior (a known weak point in the GMC Acadia design with sun roofs.) When I ask Creig about this Creig drove from Indy to Fort Wayne and showed me where the drain ports were located and how to clean them!!! Wow!!! It appears to me that Indy Auto Source has only quality autos to sell and stands behind their vehicles. I would recommend Indy Auto Service to anyone and everyone looking for a quality previously owned vehicle and will return there when I need a vehicle in the future.
