Our seller was very polite and helpful. I told him what I wanted and he worked for me to get me the best deal possible. The process went quickly. The paper work was explained in clear terms. They made me feel like they appreciated my business and not like I was doing them a favor.

Jon Baby was our salesman.. He was excellent.. We had a few problems with the vehicle but he made sure everything went smoothly!!! Valerie from Finance was very helpful,as was Everyone in the Service Dept.. I definitely recommended them to friends..their service was outstanding!!!

THE SALES MAN I HAD JOHN WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COCKY ON TOP OF THAT A MAN THAT WORKS THERE WALKING AROUND IN COWBOY BOOTS REAKED OF ALCOHOL. THE SALESMAN TOLD ME I OBVIOULSY DIDNT CARE TO MUCH ABOUT MY CHILD BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING HER AROUND IN A 04 CAR. WHICH ONLY HAD HIGH MILEAGE. SUCKERED ME INTO A BRAND NEW CAR WOULDNT TELL ME THE PRICE UNTIL I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. WHICH ENDED UP BEING A 451 A MONTH PAYMENT.AND ALSO TELLING ME USED CAR WAS OVER 500 A MONTH WHICH MAKES NO SENSE TO ME. THANK GOD MY LOAN DIDNT GO THROUGH AND I WAS ABLE TO RETURN THE CAR AND RECIEVE MY TRADE IN BACK WHICH THEY TRIED TO BREAK THE EMERGENCY BRAKE CAUSE IT WASNT LIKE HOW IT IS NOW ON FRIDAY,PENNIES SHOVED IN MY AIR VENTS. VERY POOR SERVICE I WOULD NEVER EVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

The sales person played a bunch of games with me walked away several times assist other people, i told very specifically what I wanted, how much i was willing to pay a month,what I would put down and got the run around.when i was done playing his gamezi couldn't leave because he hid my keys. 3 hoyrs later I got what i wanted but the whole ordeal should not have taken tge time time it did nor should it have been so aggravating. Very poor integrity in my opinion

Poor Sales ans Service

I recently -2weeks ago-purchased a new Kia Sorento at this dealership. First, during the sales process I could not get a vehicle price only a bottom line number-still purchased-my mistake. Now I find that the vehicle cannot be equipped with 2 of my 3 must haves. I told my salesman-Larry-that I had to have AWD, tow hitch and cross rails for roof rack because my family uses several times a year. He said he could get them for me at cost and I would hear from the parts mgr. A week and few days passed and I never heard from parts mgr. I did get a message indicating that there is a safety recall on the vehicle-so I called to set appt for recall fix and to get crossrails and tow hitch installed-at cost. The parts mgr informed me that he knew nothing about me getting these items at cost. Furthermore he told me that the crossrails are not available on the vehicle and the wiring is not being made for the tow hitch and that it could be 6 months out if they make it. The service has been ridiculously poor with no return calls from the GM. I did receive a call regarding an email that I sent but I could not answer as I was at work and on my line. Called back and again got voicemail with no return call. I was mislead regarding what the vehicle has. Follow up horrible. I would recommend finding a different dealership for your purchase.

bad car deal

my son and i got a car from centry 111 kia . And the car has been nothing but a mess . We got a warnty on the car was to be bumper to bumper . but the ldy didnt do that she instead did it for one hunder thousland power warnty . For the love of me don,t know why she did this when it already how apower warnty on it . we have taken the car to kia for service but they wouldn,t service it. WRONG . They the air bag light is on we took it to a shop to have it fixed and was tould that the warnty we got wasnt a bumper to bumper one .So now we are out the money we paid for it . and the car is a pice of crap. Why are Car Dealers aloud to get away with this . It,s not right or fare. They shoul make the mistake right . The person who done this was at fault not us .

Well, in big black lettering it says in the paper NO CREDIT NO CO-SIGNER NO PROBLEM well, not true I was just there and I need all and NO MONEY, well I need that too. I guess you need to read the fine print. And not believe all you read. And more of what you see.

Baffled

Went to look at a vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for 2 months. The first thing I saw was the passenger side mirror broken. The vehicle did not look very clean. We took it for a ride. The cover on the bottom of the drivers seat was hanging off. The consol was loose and squeeking. The brakes did not feel right. There was a heavy smell of some kind of deodorizer obviously masking some kind of smell. The carpet on the drivers side was discolored and very stiff. There was a check engine light and another warning light on. I am not going to get into specific of the reasons they gave me but they told me all those thing would be repaired. Really? I can not believe a dealer would not have that, or any other vehicle that is up for sale, not looking and running the best they possibly could. It baffles me that ANYONE would buy a car first and then have all those problems fixed. I will never go near that place again.

Horrible experience

It was a decent looking facility, seemed rather clean, but it was the service that drove me away from this place. I had went in there with the intention of trading my car in to try to get into a (new) used car. Jeff was my salesman. He seemed to be trying into talking me into a way higher payment than I could ever possibly afford and would consistently dance around answering any of my questions, "How much is this vehicle?" - "He'll work with me" - why can't you tell me how much? Not only that, I told him what I was looking for, but he insisted on showing me vehicles that I'd never be able to afford (especially after telling him the price range I was looking for)! A 2013 Chevy Tahoe, are you for real? In retrospect, I shouldn't have wasted my time looking at all here to begin with, but live and learn. I'd wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy to buy a car.

I'm not going to go into too much more detail, other than to say that Dave and Mario, the men sent out, with me in toe, traveled Robinson, tracked down the part and Dave repaired it in the mall parking lot. $150, out of my pocket to just make it end....$150 that YOUR service department refused to dish out for, most likely, THEIR screw up. But, it's not about the money, it's not about the repair, it's not even about what happened to my vehicle. It's about YOUR customer service in your service department. There is none. Though I has good car buying experiences here, I would NEVER recommend ANYONE buy a car here and have to be subjected to your service department. After posting a brief summary of our experience on social media, I have come to find that this kind of poor treatment from the service department at C3 Kia is common place. My friends at C3 Kia, you have now reached the status of your counter-part across the street. Trust me, that is NOT a good thing. I think I will be taking my cars to Monroeville Kia, from now on, like other former customers of yours. You can thank Don, you service manager personally, for that.

We have purchased 2 cars here. A 2010 Chrysler Town and Country was purchased almost 3 years ago and a 2014 Kia Rio, a bit over a month ago. When we bought the Town and Country, we also purchased an extended warranty, which meant, like or not, we used C3 Kia for service. In the past few years, we have had 2 issues with the van that has required service. Both times, the vehicle was fixed, using the warranty (the first time, I had to contact the warranty company myself. The tech with C3 Kia informed me that he had called the company, and they told him that the service wasn't covered. With my contract, stating that it WAS covered in front of me, I contacted the warranty company, personally, and was informed that NO TECH from C3 Kia had ever contacted them about our repairs...liars...should have been a HUGH red flag right there), albeit, the work was done and was shoddy, at best. Yesterday, at 8:50 am, I brought my minivan in for an oil change and inspection. My car was in tip-top condition when I handed the keys over to them. No leaks, no squeaks, no shakes, no rattles. at 10:55, my car was finished and I was on my way. I went straight to my mother's house, which is a less than 5 mile drive, parked in their driveway, ran something into the house and we were on our way again. As I was driving toward Robinson Township, my mother calls me and informs me that "something was leaking from my van", and it leaked onto her newly paved driveway. Not knowing why or what, we continued. As we came toward The Mall at Robinson, we hit a red light and white smoke began pouring out of the hood of my van. Being, literally, 2 minutes from the mall, I continue, pull into a space and my husband opens the hood to find the entire inside covered in fluid. At the moment, in the confusion, we were unsure what the fluid was...oil, transmission fluid, anti-freeze? I call C3 Kia and tell them that we have a problem, that "oil or some fluid" was all over the place and we were stuck...something needed to be done. The man (Dave), who did the oil change (going on the assumption that it was oil that has leaked) and another man were sent out to the mall to meet us. Long story short, turns out there was a crack in a radiator hose. The phone was handed to my husband with the service manager on the line, who immediately began to deny ANY and ALL responsibility (this may or MAY NOT be the case. FACT: my car was 100% when dropped off. My car was BROKE with in 5 minutes of C3 Kia touching it). Knowing that he wasn't going to get anywhere, my husband hands me the phone. The man on the other end was ridiculously combative, right from the get go. I asked him with whom I was speaking with, he replied "the service manager" and went right into denial mode. I asked him again, what is your name. He told me "Service Manager", I asked if he would produce a birth certificate that would, indeed, indicate that his name was Service Manager. He was not pleased at the fact that I would not let him bully me and the conversation went straight down hill. Your service manager, who I came to find out was Don, informed me that I should consider myself lucky. That worse things had happened to cars 5 minutes after it was driving off of your lot (yes, YOUR service manager stated this....verbatim.) He also refused to let me talk to any one, but him. When he would tell me that he wasn't going to argue with me, I would ask him why he was continuing too, please transfer me to the general manager, he would refuse. I kept referring to the GM has "him" and "he" and Don informed me that the GM was a "her". Is your GM, Paul a women? Continue in new post....
