Great Service

I worked with Scott Treece at plaza lexus service and he was very personable and fair. He explained everything to me and was helpful in finding me the best price available. He was extremely professional and I was given a fabulous loaner car while my new clutch was being installed. He updated me regularly on the status of the repairs. I would highly recommend Plaza lexus service... ask for Scott Treece and you won't be disappointed.

State Inspections for New License Plates

I came in last week, without an appointment, to have my car inspected for new license plates. I was immediately greeted by a very polite and friendly man who took my information and then turned me over to Thomas. Thomas quickly took the information he needed and offered me a seat in the waiting room. I was told my car would be ready in approximately 45 minutes. Within 45 minutes Thomas came to me in the waiting room and said my Lexus LS 430 was ready and had been washed. I paid the bill and was on my way. In all the years I have purchased and had my Lexus' serviced at Plaza I have never had to wait excessively long for anything. I am treated with respect and made comfortable while I wait.This is why I continue to return to Plaza Lexus over & over again. Thank You! Tom Manche

Great Personal Service and Attention

We are buying a pre-owned '05 GX470 from a BMW dealer in town. All service since '07 had been done at Plaza Lexus. I took the vehicle to Plaza Lexus for a complete check up. It was My first experience with Plaza Lexus. Amanda was wonderful on the phone and got me in that same afternoon for an appointment. Amanda ( Service Advisor) met me in the service drive and directed me to the lounge and goodies and was very helpful and pleasant. Jarred Ray, Service Advisor, called my name to discuss my service needs and was very pleasant and helpful and efficient. My wait in the Lounge was very pleasant and the atmosphere was very conducive to reading my mail and writing down my negotiation strategy. While waiting I went into the new car show room to see the new models and to see a new GX. There was not one on the floor but I got the information I needed and picked up a brochure for the new GX. While I was looking around, Jackie Stege, Sales Representative, asked if she could help me with anything, was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me revfiew the pre-owned inventory on the lot. There was one more recent preowned GX on the lot which provided a helpful comparison to the one I had brought in for review. Jarred called me back in to review the findings of the check up. The service records were very thorough and easy to understand. Jarred outlined the few items that I should review with the other dealer, gave me an outline of what I should expect in service needs in the coming year, the cost of same, answered all my questions about the GX and offered to set me up with someone to explain and demonstrate all features of the GX if I purchase it. Jarred and the Service Techs gave me a strong thumbs up based on their service history, their knowledge of the vehicle and what they found in their evaluation. Two hours and 15 minutes later and a VERY reasonable Service Charge I took the vehicle home for my wife to see and drive and with total confidence in this 100,000+mile GX returned to the other dealer fully confident in buying the vehicle and armed with a good negotiation strategy. It was a very successful and confident negotiation and we take possession on Saturday. I have become a Lexus person, am very impressed with Plaza Lexus and all the people I met there. This vehicle will continue to go to Plaza Lexus for all of its Service. Thank you for this very professional auto dealer experience. George Cook

Dealer contact w/Plaza motors

We were contacted by sales associate Bob Alisi. He was very nice, knowledgable, and professional; however, whom ever releases information via the internet put him in a very awkward position. The vehicle we looked at had been taken in on trade and had absolutely nothing done to it, if had not even been washed. It had a dead battery ( had to be jumped), was filthy inside, scratched, dented, etc. we were ready to buy, but you could not have given us that car. He was going to contact us after the vehicle was presentable and we have heard nothing, but have already made a purchase. The VIN number matched the car but none of the description was for that vehicle including interior color. Someone should visit with the IT person responsible for this, if a vehicle isn't ready for a sales review it should not be put out there for a sales person to be embarrassed by somebodies incompetence. Yesterday's service at Plaza Lexus

I have a 2007 low milage Lexus that I had serviced at your facility yesterdy. I have to rate everthing as outstanding. In addition to maintenance, I purchased four new tires. Rather than being asked to waitaround, the service rep suggested that i use a loaner to complete some errands. Everthing was just perfect. I just do not have anything to complain about, because the charges were reasonable for all the things I had to pay for, including four new tires. I really appreciated the loaner because it was snowing outside, and I was still able to complete the things that I needed accomplish. The service rep. (female) was extremely competent and completely destroyed the stereotype of not being qualifed because she was a woman - who are not supposed to know anything about technical issues, but is there only to satisfy some Equal Opportunity Requirement. My car does not have a lot of miles on it, but when the time comes to purchcase a new automobile, I will but another new car for Plaza Lexus. E. Handley

Great Experience
